No. A5-0999/ 2009-10/UC . 25th September 2009 . Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer to various Departments of University College , Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2009-10 .

the The envelopes containing the tenders shouldbe superscribed as "Tender for supply o Computers to various Departments of Universisy College, Thiruvananthapuram " and addressed to the Principal , University College , Thiruvanantha- puram, so as to reach in this College on or before 30-10-2009, 1 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 2 p . m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .

Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal , University College , Thiruvananthapuram on working days before 2 p . m . till 29-10-2009 . The costcost of the tender form is Rs. 400+ VAT + Cess VAT + Cess and for duplicate tender form is Rs . 200 +VAT+Cess .

Face Value is Rs . 2,09,625 .

Duplicate tender forms will be issued to only to those who purchase the original tender forms. Those who wish to get tender forms by post may send an additional amount of Rs.50 ( Rupees Fifty only) per copy for Money Order .

Money Order for the amount more or less than specified above will not be accepted . Demand Draft, Cheques , Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms or will not be sent by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable .

വിതരണം ദർഘാസ ദർഘാസുകൾ " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിററി കോളേജ് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 30-10-2009- ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്കകം ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം "വിവി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . . കവറിന് മുകളിൽ "വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടു മെൻറുകളിലേക്ക് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകൾ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ് . ഒരു മണിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം 2 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിതരായി രിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ‌യോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധി കളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 29-10-2009 വരെ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 2 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില 400 രൂപയും (വാററ് , പുറമേ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ 200 രൂപയും (വാറ്, സെസ് പുറമേ ) നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ഒറിജിനൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കു മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം നൽകുകയുള്ളു . തപാൽമാർഗ്‌ഗം ആവശ്യ മുളളവർ 50 രൂപ അധികം മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് . ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല .

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ തുകയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതലായോ കുറവായോ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന മണിഭാർഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ചെക്ക് , ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡാഫ്‌റാ" , സ്റാാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Black Boards ( Glass ) to Government Arts and Science College , Kozhikode under Plan Fund 2009-10 for Rs . 2,40,000.

The envelopes should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Black Boards to Government Arts and Science College , Kozhikode under Plan Fund 2009-10"2009-10 " and addressed to the Principal , Government Arts and Science College , Kozhikode .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ ( അൻപതു രൂപ മാത്രം) യുടെ കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടിയും 2,400 രൂപയ്ക്കുള്ള നിരതദ്രവ്യവും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്. നിശ്ചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതും നി തദ്രവ്യം കൂടെ ഇല്ലാത്തതും മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടി ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഒഴിവാക്കേണ്ടവർ ബന്ധ‌പ്പെട്ട രേഖകൾ കൂടെ സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിലയാണ് ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടത് . സമർപ്പിക്കാത്തതുമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം

Seated tenders are invited for the supply of LCD TV to Physics Department of Government Arts and Science College , Kozhikode under Under Graduat Assistance of UGC XI Plan period for Rs . 50,000 .

Last date for the receipt of the tender is 30-10-2009 at 12 noon and will be opened at 2 p . m . on the same day. Tenderer should submit their tenders in the prescribed form whichhich can be had from the the prescrib undersigned on cash payment or by Money Order of Rs . 564 (inclusive of all taxes) for original tender and Rs . 281 ( inclusive of all taxes) for the duplicate. The tenderforms are not transferable . The list of articles will be available with the tender form. Those who have required tender form by Registered Post should send Rs . 582 (The cost of tender form , VAT and Postal Charges ) .

Sale of tender form will be closed at Ila.m. on 30-10-2009 . Tenders without accompanied by the E.M.D. and the agreement in the Stamp Paper will not be accepted on any account .

The Principal reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

കോഴിക്കോട് ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആർട്‌സ് ആൻറ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2009-10 വർഷത്തെ പ്ലാൻ ഫണ്ട് ഉപയോഗിച്ച" 2,40,000 ( രണ്ട് ലക്ഷത്തി നാൽപ്പതിനായിരം ) രൂപയ്ക്കുള്ള ബ്ലാക്ക് ബോർഡ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .

An agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tender , accompanied with an EMD @ 1 % of the total cost of Rs . 500 in the form of crossed DD in the name of the undersigned from any nationalized Bank .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 30-10-2009 - ന് 11 മണി വരെ കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 450 രൂപയും (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് കോപ്പിയുടെ വില 225 രൂപയും (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ആണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽ മുഖേനയോ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ៣០៣. തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസിൻറ വിലയും നികുതിയും രജിസ്‌റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുവേണ്ട തപാൽ ചാർജ്ജും അടക്കമുള തുകയ്ക്ക് മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ്ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പല്ലുളളതല്ല . വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ട സാധന സാമഗ്രികളുടെ പട്ടിക ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടിയും 500 രൂപയ്ക്കുളള നിരതദ്രവ്യവും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതും നിരതദ്രവ്യം കൂടെ ഇല്ലാത്തതും മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടി സമർപ്പി ക്കാത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഒഴിവാക്കേണ്ടവർ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട രേഖകൾ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിലയാണ് ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടത് .

കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെതന്നെ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസി ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അവകാശം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് .
