Sealed quotations are invited for the supply of Zoological Lab equipments for the Minor Research Project for Rs . 88,000 to Government College,. Chittur .

The tenders should be superscribed tender for the supply of Zoological Lab Equipments for the Minor Research Project and addressed to the Principal , Government College, Chittur , Chittur College P.O. , Palakkad , District Pin- 678 104 so as to reach in this. office not later than 2 p . m. on 20-10-2009 . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government College, Chittur, Chittur College P. O. , Palakkad- 678 104 , obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted ..

Application for the tender should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 (Rupees Four hundred only) in addition to sale tax which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p . m. on every day . Cheques, DerDemand Drafts , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the form be sent by V.P.P. Competitive sealed tenders are invited for the supply of 2 Numbers of Water Cooler and Water Purifier mentioned below to Government College , Mokeri , Kozhikode ( District ) under Plan Fund 2009-10 for Rs . 50,000 (Rupues Fifty thousand only) .

The envelopes should be superscribed as " Tender for the supply of Water Cooler and Water Purifier" to the Principal , Government College , Mokeri , Mokeri P. O. , Kozhikode District , as per Tender Notice No. B2/444/2009 dated 17-9-2009 .

on the Last date of receipt of tender is 23-10-2009 , 3 p . m . and will be opened at 4 p.m. same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Fenderers should submit their tenders in the prescribed form which can be had from the undersigned on all working days from 10 a . m. to 2 p . m . on cash payment of Rs . 169 (150 + 12.5 % VAT) for original tender and Rs . 113 ( 100+ 12.5 % VAT) for the duplicate . Those who wish to get tender forms by post should sent Money Order for cost of tender form and VAT along with the charge of registered post . The tender forms are not transferable .

An agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tender . The rate quored in the tenders should be inclusive of all taxes .

കാസർഗോഡ് സർക്കാർ കോളേജിൽ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറുകളിലേക്ക് 2009-10 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തേക്ക് അനുവദിച്ച " അക്രഡിറേറഷൻ ഓഫ് കോളേജ വിത്ത് നാഷണൽ അസസ്സ്മെൻറ് ആൻഡ് അക്രഡിറോഷൻ (പ്ലാൻ ) ' ' എന്ന വിഹിത ത്തിൽനിന്നും 2,00,000 ( രണ്ട് ലക്ഷം) രൂപയുടെ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ചെയ്യുന്ന കവറിനു പുറത്ത് "ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള , ദർഘാസ് 2009-10 (പ്ലാൻ) അക്രഡിറേറഷൻ ഓഫും കോളേജ് വിത്ത നാഷണൽ അസസ്സ്മെൻറ് ആൻഡ് അക്രഡിറ്റേഷൻ എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , കാസർഗോഡ്, പി . ഒ . വിദ്യാനഗർ , പിൻ -671 123 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയ‌യ്ക്കേണ്ടതാഅയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 20-10-2009 2 മണി വരെയാണ് . യാതൊരു വൈകി എത്തുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 20-10-2009 - ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ ഹാജരുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധി കളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

اله ദർഘാസിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷാ ഫോറങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , കാസർഗോഡ് , പി.ഒ. വിദ്യാനഗർ , പിൻ -671 123 എന്ന വിലാസ ത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ്ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയടക്കം 450 പണമായി ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല .

കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകളും മററനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ എൽ , ബി . എസ് . അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ നിയമപരമായ അധികാരമുളളവരുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് വിധേയമാക്കുന്നതാണ് .

തന്നെ യാതൊരു കാരണവും ബോധിപ്പിക്കാതെ ദർഘാസ്തീയതി ദീർഘിപ്പിക്കുവാനോറദ്ദാക്കുവാനോ ഉളള അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
