Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of ECG machine and ECG paper rolls (50 Nos .) to the Salyathantra Department of Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura .
The tenders should be superscribed Tender for the ECG machine and ECG paper rolls ( 50 Nos . ) to Salyathantra Department and addressed to The Principal, Government Ayurveda College , Tripunithura .

Cost of tender form (Non-refundable) ( Inclusive of KVAT) :
Original-Rs . 338 . Duplicate Rs . 169 .
be charged extra towards the postage if the tender form has to be sent by post .
Last date and time for sale of tender form- 18-9-2009 to 24-10-2009 , 2 p.m.
Last date and time for receipt of tender- 30-10-2009, 2 p . m.
Date and time of opening of tenders-30-10-2009 , 3 p.m.
Date upto which the rates are to be firm- 31-12-2009.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura obtain the requisite tender forms against cash remittance . The tender form is not transferable. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the form be sent per V.P.P.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയ്ക്കുപുറമെ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഫോറത്തിൻറ ദർഘാസ് വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ , പോസ്റോജ് സ്ററാമ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല , ഫോറം വി.പി.പി , വഴി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ദർഘാസ് നീട്ടിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ ദർഘാസ് നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരി ക്കുന്നതാണ് . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും വുന്നതാണ് .
