SHORT TENDER NOTICE

17th September 2009 .

No. Sl / 7324 /2009/AVC .

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Steel vessel with handles (50 litre capacity) - 6 Nos . to the Government Ayurveda College Pharmacy , Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2009-10 .

Tenders should be superscribed as " Supply of food trolley etc." addressed to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram . The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3p.m. on 24-10-2009 . The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. 24-10-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time . Estimate cost of item is Rs . 1,25,000 . on Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 450 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p . m . on 24-10-2009 . Cheque, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms . Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall sent au additional amount of Rs . 50by Money Order to cover postal charges . Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy .

Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1% of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper rth Rs . 50. The rate quoted shall remainremain firm for acceptance till 31-7-2010 . The Principal , Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/ cancel the tender. worth

ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൻറ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് 24-10-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അന്നുതന്നെ 3.30 - ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത താകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 24-10-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഹോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയേക്കാൾ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡറായി അയ‌ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വിലനിരക്കുകൾ 31-7-2010 ②かっ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ഒരു ദർഘാസിൻറെ വില 450 രൂപയാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധന ങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % ( ഒരു(ഒരു ശതമാനം )ശതമാനം ) നിരത ദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത (ഡ്രാഫ്ററും 50 രൂപയുടെ സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപ്പത്ര ത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും ഏതൊരു ടെണ്ടറും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉളള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമായിരിക്കും . രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി വിഭാഗത്തിൽ 2009-10 വർഷത്തേക്ക് 31-7-2010 വരെ ചുവടെ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുളളവരിൽ നിന്നും മദവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .

ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ (പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽചെയ്ത് 21-10-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. അന്നുതന്നെ വൈകുന്നേരം 3. 30 -m" ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 21-10-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ്‌ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയേക്കാം 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിറക്കുകൾ 31-7-2010 വരെ മാറം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . അടങ്കൽ തുക 60,000 രൂപ , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻെറ വില 450 രൂപ് .

ഡ്യൂപ്പിക്കേറാ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില 250 രൂപ ,

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് 'ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്ത വിലയുടെ 1 % ( ഒരു ശതമാനം ) നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ" (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത (ഡ്രാഫ്ററും 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതൊരു ടെണ്ടറും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും .
