TENDER NOTICE

No. 37/2009-10.

Sealed tender superscribed as Tender No. 37 /2009-10 for the supply ofRiso Ink, Roll master for EZ Machine on running contract basis is invited by the undersigned . The tenders along with samples should office on or before 30-10-2009 at I p.m. and the same will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed forın which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs . 500 + VAT @@ 12.5% for original form and Rs . 300+ VAT@ 12.5 % for duplicate . Cheques , Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sentby V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by Registered Post subject to a cash payment by Money Order inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 30-10-2009 an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tenders . Money Orders will be entertained only upto 22-10-2009 and the purpose of sending Money Order should be specified in Money Order Coupon clearly . Late tenders , tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 will not be accepted on any account .

സർക്കാർ അച്ചുകൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഇ . ഇസെഡ് മെഷ്യനിലേക്കാവശ്യമായ റിസോ ഇങ്ക് , റോൾ മാസ്ററർ എന്നിവ റണ്ണിംഗ് കോൺട്രാക്ട് അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 30-10-2009 , 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 37 / 2009-10 റിസോ ഇങ്ക് , റോൾ മാസ്ററർ ( ഇ ഇസെഡ് മെഷീൻ ) വിതരണം സംബന്ധ‌ിച്ച് ' ' എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദിഷ്ട ഫാറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ രൂപ 500+ വാററം 12.5 % നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് രൂപ 300+വാററ് 12.5 % നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്‌സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ്ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരി ക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി.പി , പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റോജം ചെലവിനുള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് രജിസ്റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് . 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മണിയോർഡർ 22-10-2009 23 മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു . മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്തമായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വശാലും
