No. 34 /2009-10 . 17th September 2009 .
Scaled tenders superscribed as Tender No. 34/2009-10 for the supply of Fevicol, Hotmelt Glue on running contract basis is
invited by the undersigned. The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 21-10-2009 at 1 p. m. and the samewill be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned oncash payment of Rs . 600 + VAT 12.5 % for original form and Rs . 400+ VAT 12.5 % for12.5% for duplicate . Cheques , Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms willbe supplied to the firms by registered post subject to a cash payment by M.O. inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p . m . on 21-10-2009 . An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tenders . Money Orders will be entertained only upto 14-10-2009 and the purpose of sending Money Order should be specified in M. O. coupon clearly. Late tenders , tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1 % of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs.50 will not be accepted on any account .

സർക്കാർ അച്ചുകൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഫെവിക്കോൾ , ഹോട്ട്മെൽറ് ഗ്ളൂ എന്നിവ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 21-10-2009 , 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിസ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്ന തുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിന് മുകളിൽ " ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 34 / 2009-10 ഫെവിക്കോൾ , വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ചു' ' ഹോട്ട്മൈൽറ് ഗ്ളു എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
സർക്കാർ അച്ചുകൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ലൂബ്രിക്കൻറുകൾ കോൺട്രാക്റ് അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസുകൾ 23-10-2009, 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാ സുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻ മാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 35 /2009-10 ലൂബിക്കൻറുകൾ വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച്'' എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാദർഘാസുകൾ കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . യാതൊരു ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ ഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 600 +12.5%, വാറ്റ് നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് 12.5% വാറ് നിരക്കിലും 400 തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് വിലയായി வெகூ പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , ഡിമാൻറ് തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ 80000 ഡാഫ്റ്റ് , വി. പി . പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റോജ ചെലവിനുളള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ രജിസ്റേറർഡ് തപാലിൽ താണ് .. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസ് അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്ന കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ മൊത്തം പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് . 50 രൂപ വിലയുളള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മണിയോർഡർ 14-10-2009 വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു . കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്തമായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മണിയോർഡർ
