Technical Education Department SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. P1 /2410/09/GEC .

16th September 2009.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the Digital IC's in the Electronics Digital Lab (Detailed list available in office) Engineering Department of Government Engineering College, Barton Hill , Thiruvananthapuram.

The tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. Pl/2410/09/GEC due on 29-10-2009 " and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 29-10-2009 , 3 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 30-10-2009 at 11 a.m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned for obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance ofRs . 451 which is the price fixed for the same and which is non - refundable under any circumstances .

The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 2 p . m . on 29-10-2009 . Cheques , Stamps , Demand draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the form nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at the rate of Rs . 226 per copy .

Asper the tender condition the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value Rs . 50 and an Earnest Money Deposit ( EMD) 1 % of the total cost of the articles tendered . Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected.

Those who want the tender form by post should send Rs . 50 by Money Order to the undersigned. Outside firms who desire to get Kerala Stamp Pap should send an additional amount of Rs . 6060 alongwith the cost of tender form .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Equipments and tools for Various Department of Government Polytechnic College , Kalamassery .

Tenders should be superscribed as the " supply of Tools and Equipments for Various Departments of this institution " and addressed to " The Principal, Government Polytechnic College , Kalamassery, Aluva, Kerala, Pin-683 104" , so as to reach the same on or before 5-11-2009 . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders willbe opened at 2 p.m. on 6-11-2009 in the presenceresence of the tenderers or their representatives who may be present at that time .

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders shouldbe submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 500 for the original which is the price fixed for the form and is not refundable under any circumstances . The value of the tender form includes ST & AST . The tender forms are not transferable .
