TENDER NOTICE [No. 3/2009-10(Plan)]

No. A2/403/2009/(2). 26th September 2009.

Sealed tenders are invited for making of counter for General Library of the PTM College for Rs. 56,000 (Rupees Fifty Six Thousand only) under the development of Lab/Library (Plan) during 2009-10. The tenders should be superscribed as " Making of Counter for General Library under development of Lab/Library (Plan) during 2009-10" and addressed to the Principal, PTM Govt. College, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District, Pin-679 322, Kerala State. The last date and time of receipt of filled tender is on 5-11-2009 at 2 p. m. and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p.m. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 4-11-2009 at 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Intending tenderers, may on application to the Principal, PTM Govt. College, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District, Pin-679 322, Kerala State, obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied Gaz. No. 42/2009/DTP (Education).

by a cash remittance of Rs. 400 towards cost of forms plus Rs. 50 towards VAT, which is the price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, Postal Orders, Drafts etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the form be sent by V. P. P. Those who are required tender forms by Registered Post should sent Rs. 482 (Rupees Four hundred and eighty two only) by M.O. including cost of tender form and Registered Postal charges.

Every tender should be completely filled, signed and accompanied by Demand Draft towards 1% of total cost of equipments to be quoted. Short Term/Fixed Deposit receipt should not be accepted towards E.M.D. E.M.D. carry no interest. The rate, VAT and other charges should be quoted seperately for each item. The successful tenderers should supply the equipments within one month after the receipt of the supply order at their own expenses. The prices should be valid upto 31-3-2010. The firms who are exempted from furnishing EMD should attach true copy of the exemption order along with tender documents. Every tender should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp86 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III Paper worth Rs. 50 along with the tender.

The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender formalities without any further notice. The cash transactions in the office is at 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on all working days.

പി. ടി. എം. ഗവ: കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2009-10 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ ലാബ് ലൈബ്രറി (πാൻ) ഫ≠ിൽ 56,000 (അ ൻപത്താറായിരം രൂപ മാത്രം) രൂപയിൽ ഒതുങ്ങുന്നവിധം ജന റൽ ലൈബ്രറിയിൽ കൗ≠ർ പണിയുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. ടെ≠ർ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിന് പുറത്ത് " 2009-10 വർഷത്തിൽ ലാബ് ലൈബ്രറി വികസനത്തിന് (πാൻ) പ്രകാരം കൗ≠ർ പണിയു ന്നതിനുള്ള ടെ≠ർ " എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, പി. ടി. എം. ഗവ. കോളേജ്, പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല, പിൻ-679 322, കേരള സംസ്ഥാനം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ 5-11-2009-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില്പന 4-11-2009-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. വൈകി കിട്ടുന്ന ടെ≠റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ടെ≠റിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, പി. ടി. എം. ഗവ. കോളേജ്, പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല, പിൻ-679 322, കേരള സംസ്ഥാനം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അപേക്ഷ യുടെ കൂടെ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ 400 രൂപയും വാറ്റ് 50 രൂപയും ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആകെ 450 രൂപ അടയ്ക്കേ≠ താണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കികൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതോ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നതോ അല്ല. ടെ≠റുകൾ രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ കിട്ടുന്നതിന് ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയും രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാൽ ചാർ÷ും ഉൾപ്പെടെ 482 (നാനൂറ്റി എൺപത്തി ര≠് രൂപ മാത്രം) മണിയോർഡർ അയച്ചു തരേ≠താണ്.

പൂരിപ്പിച്ചതും ഒപ്പിട്ടതുമായ ടെ≠റുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ 1 % തുക യ്ക്കുള്ള ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ടെ≠റിന്റെ കൂടെ അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ഷോർട്ട് ടേം/ഫിക്സഡ് ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റ് രസീതുകൾ മുതലായവ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് പലിശ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഓരോ ഉപകരണത്തി ന്റേയും വിലയും വാറ്റ്, മറ്റ് ചെലവുകൾ എന്നിവ പ്രത്യേകം കാണിക്കേ≠താണ്. വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് കിട്ടി ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സ്വന്തം ചിലവിൽ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. വില നിലവാരത്തിന് 31-3-2010 വരെ പ്രാബല്യം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കു ന്നതാണ്.

നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള കമ്പനികൾ ഒഴിവാക്കിയ ഉത്തരവിന്റെ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പ് ടെ≠റിന്റെ കൂടെ അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ഓരോ ടെ≠റിന്റെകൂടെയും 50 രുപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

TENDER NOTICE

[No.1/2009-10 (Plan)]

No. A1-173/2009/Plan. 12th October 2009.

Sealed tenders are invited for the Rejuvenation of Kitchen facilities under the Plan Scheme for a total amount of Rs. 40,000 (Rupees Forty thousand only).

The Tender should be superscribed as "Tender No.1/2009-10 (Plan) for the Rejuvenation of Kitchen facili- ties" and addressed to "The Warden, Government Brennen College Hostel, Dharmadam, Thalassery -6". Sale of tender form will be closed on 30-11-2009, 2 p. m. The last date for receipt of tender is 30-11-2009, 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be entertained. Tenders will be opened at 11.30 a. m. on 1-12-2009, in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Warden, Government Brennen College Hostel, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6 to obtain requisite tender form on which the tender should be submitted. The cost of the tender form is Rs. 169 (Rs.150 + Rs.19 Tax) (Rupees One hundered and sixty nine only). Application form should be accom- panied by a cash remittance refundable under any circum- stances. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Tender forms are not transferable. Every tender should be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the Total cost of the articles tendered for. Tender forms if required by Post an additional amount of Rs. 40 should be sent.

An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) is to be submitted along with the tender. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the Tenderers outside the State in the case they request for the same and remit by Money Order an additional amount of Rs. 70 (Rupees Seventy only) (Rs. 50 for Stamp Paper and Rs. 20 for incidental expenses). Duplicate tender form if any required will be issued at Rs 104 per copy only to those who purchased the original tender form.

The Warden reserves himself the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

തലശ്ശേരി ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ബ്രണ്ണൻകോളേജ് ഹോസ്റ്റലിൽ അടുക്കള നവീകരണത്തിനായി മുദ്രവെച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ഇതിനായി 40,000 രൂപ അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.

ടെ≠ർ കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് "അടുക്കള നവീകരണത്തിന്" എന്നെഴുതി വാർഡൻ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ബ്രണ്ണൻ കോളേജ് ഹോസ്റ്റൽ, ധർമ്മടം, തലശ്ശേരി-6 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം 12-10-2009 മുതൽ 30-11-2009, 2 മണി വരെ ഹോസ്റ്റൽ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 30-11-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി. ടെ≠റുകൾ പിറ്റേദിവസം രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടുള്ളവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ പണമായോ മണി ഓർഡറായോ 169 രൂപ അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. തപാലിൽ വേ≠വർ തപാൽ ചെലവുകൂടി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകളുടെ വില തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡി.ഡി, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ 1% തുക ഇ.എം.ഡി അടയ്ക്കേ≠ താണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്ര വെച്ച പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്യേ≠തുമാണ്. കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്തുള്ളവർക്ക് അവരാവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ അയച്ചുതരുന്നതും അതിനുവേ≠ി അധികമായി 70 രൂപ മണി ഓർഡറായി അയക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. (മുദ്ര പത്രത്തിന്റെ വില 50 രൂപയും അധിക ചെലവ് 20 രൂപയും) ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 104 രൂപ കൂടുതലായി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ വാങ്ങിയവർക്കു മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല.

ഏതെങ്കിലുമോ മുഴുവനുമായോ ടെ≠റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കു ന്നതിനും നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം വാർഡനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
