The tender for Pre- qualification and execution of the following work is invited from financially sound and well experienced Registered ' A' Class Contractors / Firms of Kerala Public Works / Irrigation Department who have successfully completed simple of work costing atleast one more thanman 40 % ( Forty percentage ) of the Estimate P. A. C. of work during the last five years . The application for tender scheduleschedu should supported by Certificateby ofte of prior experience in work as mentioned above obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition . Necessary Certificate in this effect shall be produced from the officers concerned not below the rank of Executive Engineer . Competitive postal tenders in sealed cover superscribing the name of work is invited under two cover system for and on behalf of the Governor ofKerala by the Superintending Engineer , N. H. Central Circle , Kochi , Vyttila from " A " class or equivalent registered contractors (individual/firm) of the Kerala Public Works Department upto 4 p . m . on 10-11-2009 . Technical bids shall be opened by the Superintending Engineer or by an authorized officer on the same day at 4.30 p . m. in the presence of tenderers present . 4. No tender on joint venture is acceptable .
5. The tenderer shall enclose a programme chart of work along with the tender.
6. Receipt of sale of tender form must be attached along with the tender .
7. The rates quoted by the tenderer will be final and there would be no post- tender negotiations regarding the quoted rates .

2. ഈ പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരൻ (വ്യക്തി/സ്ഥാപനം) പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ യന്ത്രസാമഗ്രികൾ സ്വയം സംഘടിപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
3. ഈ പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് ദർഘാസിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരൻ (വ്യക്തി/സ്ഥാപനം ) കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ചുവർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 50% 3. മേൽവിവരിച്ച പണികൾക്ക് സമാനമായഒരു പ്രവൃത്തിയെങ്കിലുംപൂർത്തിയാക്കിയിരി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ആറആയതിന് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട എക്‌സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പണികളുടെ വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ അടങ്ങിയ) സർട്ടിഫിക്കററുകൾ ഹാജരാ ക്കുന്നവർക്കു മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ നൽകുക 4. സംയുക്‌ത സംരംഭത്തിൻ്റെ അടിസ്‌ഥാനത്തിൽ ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
5. കരാറു കാ ർ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയപരിധി പ്രോഗ്രാം ക്കുളളിൽ തീർക്കാനാവ ക്കുളളിൽ തീർക്കാനാവശ്യമായ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ചാർട്ട് 6. ദർഘാസ് വാ വാങ്ങിയതിൻറെ വില രസീതുകൂടി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം വയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
7. കരാറുകാരൻ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന നിരക്കുകൾ അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് തുറന്ന തിനുശേഷം നിരക്കുകളിൽ യാതൊരുവിധ നീക്കു പോക്കുകളും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . നിരക്കുകളിൽ
8. പങ്കെടുംപങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരുടെ മുൻ ദർഘാസ് മണിക്ക് യോഗം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽവച്ച് 3-11-2009 , 11 ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ മറെറല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകള്യം ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ് .

E. M. D. Rs . 50,000 cach should be endorsed for all works , in favour of Superintending Engineer . The date of issue of tender documents is from 5-11-2009 to 10-11-2009 upto 1 p. m . Last date of receipt of tender is on 17-11-2009 upto 4. p . m. The technical bids will be opened at 4.30 p . m. on the same day. If it falls as a holiday, the next working day will be taken into account . The contractor having 'A' Class registration in P.W.D. Irrigation Department of Kerala State and who have completed atleast one work of similar nature having a magnitude of 40 % of the estimate cost of above works within 5 years . The documents in proof of this shall be produced along with the application for tender documents . The E.M.D. and preliminary agreement should be enclosed within the technical bid . Concession which is allowed to the Kerala State Construction Corporation and Labour Contract Co -operative Societies as per rules in force will be applicable .
