No. WI -D1-14/2004.
Competitive postal tender in sealed cover, superscribing the name of the work is invited for and on benaif of the Governor of Kerala by the undersigned from 'A' class registered contractors of Public Works Department for the following work up to 4 p.m. on 12-11-2009 . The tenders will be opened on the same day by the undersigned or by authorised officer at 4.30 . p . m . in the presence of contractors present at the time .
Tender Number and Name of work with PAC.- 3 / SE /NH/ CC / Kochi/2009-10 Ν . Η . 47- Kochi Byepass Improvements to service road from Edappally to Vyttila Junction k.m. 342/000 to k . m . 348/200 - balance works Rs . 79,85,328.
E.M.D. Rs . 50,000.
Cost of tender forms Rs . 12,000 + VAT.
Time of completion- 6 months .
Tender documents and other details can be had from the office of the Superintending Engineer, N.H. Central Circle, Vyttila, Kochi during office hours from 3-11-2009 to 4-11-2009 upto 1 p . m . on producing necessary documents and payment of cost (Non- refundable) by cash only.
The tender schedule will be issued only to the cligible registered contractors in Kerala Public Works Department, who produce their registration cards . The tender Schedules are not transferable . The existing rules of the Kerala Public Works Department and all other conditions in force with Department willbe applicable in this tender also . Tenders will be receivedby Registered Post only.
പൊതുമരാമത്തുവകുപ്പ് ദേശീയപാത ( മദ്ധ്യമേഖല) സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , കൊച്ചി താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക അദ്ദേ ഹ ത്തി ൻറ ആ ഫീ സി ൽ 12-11-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്‌ററർ ചെയ്തത ' എ' ക്ലാസ് കരാറു കാരിൽനിന്നും പേരെഴുതി മുദ്രവച്ച തപാൽ മുഖേന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . അന്നേദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4.30 ๓ ๓ ๑๑ സൂപ്രണ്ടിം ഗ് എ ഞ്ചി നീ യ മറ് അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ മറുദ്യോഗസ്ഥരോ ഹാജരായിട്ടുളള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോദങ്ങളും മറ്റു വിശദവിവരങ്ങളും 3-11-2009 മുതൽ 4-11-2009 , 1 മണിവരെ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ വില ഒരൊക്കം പണമായി അടച്ച് വേണ്ടപ്പെട്ട രേഖകൾ സഹിതം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല .
കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച മറെറല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളുംനിബന്‌ധനകളും ഇതിനുംഇതിനും ബാധകമാണ്. രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ കാർഡ് കാണിക്കുന്ന അർഹതയുള്ള കരാറുകാർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കപ്പെടുകയുളളു . രജിസ്‌റോർഡ് തപാൽമുഖേന മാത്രമേ കരാറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു.
