Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of ProtectiveProtective Clothings to Chief Disease Investigation Office, Palode, Pacha P. О. , Thiruvananthapuram .
The tender should be superscribed " Tender No. 2/2009-10 Supply of Protective Clothings " and should be addressed to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer, Palode, Pacha P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram District , Kerala, Pin- 695 562. Last date for the receipt ofthe tender is 9-11-2009 at 4 p.m. Late tenders will not be acceptaccepted. The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on 10-11-2009 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time, Estimated Cost is Rs. 50,000,
Intending tenderers can apply to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer, Palode, Pacha P. Pin-695 562, for the prescribed tender form on which the tenders are to be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 300+ VAT ( 12.5 %) which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable. The tender forms are not transferable . Those who wish to get tender form by post may send Rs . 400 .
Money Order which include cost, taxes , postal charges etc. Sale of tender form will be closed at 12 Noon on 7-11-2009 . Cheques , Postal Stampa , Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent as per V. P. P. Duplicate forms if required will be issued @Rs . 150+ VAT extra per copy. Details of the tenders can be had from this Office on all working days .

ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ "2/2009-10 സപ്ലൈ പ്രൊട്ടക്‌ടീവ് ക്ലോത്തിംഗ്സ് 33 എന്ന് കവറിനുപുറത്ത്രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്റിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസർ , പാലോട് , പച്ച പി.ഒ. , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , കേരളം , -695562 വിലാസത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് , ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 9-11-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ, ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ 10-11-2009 പകൽ 11.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് നൽകിയവരുടെയോ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയവ രുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കു ന്നതാണ് . ഉദേശ അടങ്കൽ തുക-രൂപ 50,000 .
നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്റിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസർ , പാലോട് പച്ച പി.ഒ. , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , കേരളം , പിൻ -695 562 ബന്ധപ്പെടേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളൂ . എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ രൂപത്തിലുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം 300 രൂപ് ( മുന്നൂറ് രൂപഓറ് രൂപ മാത്രം ) അതിൻറ വാററ പ്രകാരമുളള നികുതിയും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . പ്രസ്തുത തുക തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമറോൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്നു ളളവർ 400 രൂപ : ( നാന്നൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം ) ദർഘാസ്‌വില , മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി, തപാൽ ചാർജ്ജ് എന്നീ ഇനങ്ങളിലായി മണി ഓർഡർ അയക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 7-11-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വില ചെക്കായോ പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറായോ ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡ്രാഫ്ററായാ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകളുടെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 150 രൂപ + മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതിയും അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ആഫീസ് സമയത്ത് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
