SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Musical Instruments to the Department of Music of Maharaja's College , Ernakulam during 2009-10 under Plaw Fund .
The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. XI/2009-10 Supply of Musical Instruments- under Plan Fund " and addressed to the Principal, Maharaja's College , Ernakulam , The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 5-11-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Late tenders will not be accepted.. Estimate Cost is Rs . 71,000 .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Maharaja's College, Ernakulam , Kochi - 11 obtain the requisite tender form ( before 2 p.m. on all working days) on which tenders should be submitted. Applications for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance for Rs . 450 (Rs . 400 +50 ) which is the price fixed for the tender forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Those who wish to get the tender forms by post, have to send Rs . 500 by money order . In the case of bidder outside Kerala, Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 for executing agreement will be sent on their request along with an additional amount of Rs . 50. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p . m . on 5-11-2009 . Cheques / Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms , nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy. The rates quoted willbe valid upto 31-3-2010. 1% of the total cost of articles tendered should be deposited towards E.M.D. by D.D. drawn in favour of the undersigned..

വരെ ദർഘാസുകൾ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ XI / 2009-10 മ്യൂസിക് വകുപ്പിൽ മ്യൂസിക്കൽ ഉപകരണങ്ങ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന " എന്ന് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്ത് മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിനുമുകളിൽ (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ് , എറണാകുളം എന്ന വിലാസ ത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ 2009 നവംബർ മാസം 5-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണി വരെ വിൽക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണി പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3. 30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . വൈകി കിട്ടുന്നതും മുദ്രവയ്ക്കാത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മൊത്തം 71,000 രൂപയ്ക്കാണ സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി വകകൊളളിച്ചിരി ക്കുന്നത് .
The tenders should be superscribed " Supply of Water purifier with dispenser 2009-10" and addressed to the Principal, Govt. College, Kodanchery, Kozhikode -673 580. AnEMD equal to 1 % of the estimated cost should be remitted along with the tender either by D. D. drawn in favour of Principal , Govt . College, Kodanchery or by cash .
താൽപ്പര്യമുളളവർ 450 രൂപ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് അടച്ചോ1500500 രൂപരൂപ മണിയോർഡർമണ ആയോ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ് , എറണാകുളം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം പുറത്തുളള ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . കേരളത്തിന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എഗ്രിമെൻറ് ഒപ്പുവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനുളള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിനുള്ള 50 രൂപ അധികമായി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ആയത് തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം അയച്ചു തരുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ രണ്ടാം പകർപ്പ് നേരിട്ട് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് 225 രൂപയും തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് 275 രൂപയും അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം 1 % . വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അറിയാവു ന്നതാണ് .

The last date fixed for the receipt of tenders of even No. dated 11-8-2009 for the supply of saplings and planting , agricultual implements and Chemicals etc. have been extended to 30-10-2009 . All other terms and conditions will be same.
