TENDER NOTICE
No. 38/2009-10 .
30th September 2009 .
Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 38/2009-10for the supply of Riso Ink (Bright Red, Black) , Roll master for Riso MZ ( Model 770A) Machine on running contract basis is invited by the undersigned . The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 2-11-2009 at 1 p . m . and the same will be opened at 3 p. m . on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs . 400+ VAT @ 12.5 % for original form and Rs . 300+ VAT @ 12.5 % for duplicate . Cheque , Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sentsentbyby V. P. P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by Registered Post subject to a cash paymentby Money Order inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 1 p . m. on 2-11-2009 . An agreement in Kerala . Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tenders . Money Orders will be entertained only upto 24-10-2009 and the purpose of sending Money Order should be specified in Money Order coupon clearly . Late tenders, tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1 % of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 will not be accepted on any account.
സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് റോൾമാസ്റാർ , റിസോ ഇങ്ക് ( ബ്രൈററ് റെഡ് , ബ്ലാക്ക് ) റൈസോ ( എം . ഇസഡ് മെഷിനിനുവേണ്ടി റണ്ണിംഗ് കോൺട്രാക്‌ട് അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 2-11-2009 , 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസു കാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറു മാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിന് മുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് മെഷീൻ 60000 നമ്പർ 38/2009-10 . മാസ്ററർ , റിസോ ഇങ്ക് വിതരണം സംബന്ധ‌ിച്ചു ' ' എന്ന ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം , താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്‌ട ഫാറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ 400 രൂപ + 12.5% വാറ്റ് നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് 300 രൂപ + 12.5%വാറ്റ് നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്‌സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , ഡിമാൻറ് ഡാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റോജ് ചെലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുക യാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് 00000 രജിസ്‌റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് . 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മണിയോർഡർ 24-10-2009 വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരി ക്കുകയുളളു . മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ കതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്‌തമായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ട താണ് . ദർഘാസ
