Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a remittance of above prices fixed for the same and which is non - refundable under any circum- stances. The tender forms are not transferable . Cost of tender form is only acceptable by money order or cash remittance to this office . As per conditions the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper value of Rs . 50 and Earnest Money Deposit 1 % of the total cost of articles tendered . Tenders without agreement , tender form and Earnest Money Deposit will be rejected.

The last date for the receipt of tender is 6-11-2009 , 2 p . m . The tenders will be openedmed at il a. m . on 7-11-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who maybe present at that time .
The tender for the supply of equipments for the use of Electronics & Communication Engineering Department in Governmentment Engineering College, Palakkad which was tendered on 18-7-2009 is extended as follows .
Tender No.-2/2009-10. Price of tender form :
Original Rs . 1,200 + 12.5 % Kerala VAT . Duplicate Rs . 600 + 12.5 % Kerala VAT .
Last date and time of issue of tenders- 27-10-2009, 2 p.m.
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender form from the Principal , Government Engineering College , Thrissur on cash remittance of Rs. 450 the price fixed for requisite tender form. Duplicate form if required will be issued at Rs. 225 per copy . Tender forms are not transferable . The sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 noon on 6-11-2009 .
