NOTIFICATION

It is hereby notified that the Chancellor has been
pleased to nominate Dr. P. S. Parameswaran, Scientist G,
Regional Centre-National Institute of Oceanography, Kochi,
to the Academic Council of the University as the
representative of National Institute of Oceanography in
accordance with Section 23(2) "Nominated Members (iv)"
of the Cochin University of Science and
Technology Act, 1986.
The term of office of the above member shall be for a
period of two years with effect from 27-7-2009 subject to
the provisions of the Cochin University of Science and
Technology Act, 1986 (31 of 1986) and statutes
thereunder.
