The Hon'ble High Court of Kerala vide judgement dated 13-7-2006 in WP(C) No. 21300/2005, had issued directions to enlarge the Ranked List for selection to the post of HSA (English) in several Districts. It is hereby notified that the ranked list for the post of HSA (English) in the Education Department in Palakkad District (Cat. No. 3/2003), brought into force w.e.f. 24-10-2005, is revised based on the short list No. S/L No. 6/2008/DOP dated 24-7-2008 published in compliance of the judgement dated 13-7-2006. The appended Main List is arranged by including the names of the eligible candidates in the order of merit. The candidates interviewed consequent to the High Court Judgement are assigned Sl. Nos. 156 to 317.

It is hereby notified that the following modification is made in the Ranked List No. 289/05/SSIII dated 17-10-2005 for selection to the post of HSA (English) on Rs. 4600-7125 (PR) in Education Department, Kannur District.

This is in compliance with the Judgement of the Division Bench of the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala in WP (C) No. 21300/05 dated 13-7-2006 and subject to the result of review petition filed by the Commission but pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The entries in the Mainlist up to rank 95 remain unchanged. Ranks from 96 to 114 in the Main List are cancelled along with all the supplementary lists, and their ranks have been re-assigned. ADDENDUM NOTIFICATION

No. 290/2005/SS V. 2nd March 2009.

The Honourable High Court of Kerala vide Judgement dated 13-7-2006 in WP (c) No. 21300/05, had issued directions to enlarge the Ranked Lists for selection to the post of HSA (English) in the Education Department in several Districts. It is hereby notified that the Ranked List for the post of HSA (English) in the Education Department in Malappuram District (Category No. 3/2003), brought into force with effect from 17-10-2005, is revised based on the Sort List No. S/L No. 2/2008/MLPM dated 17-10-2008 published in compliance of the Judgement dated 13-7-2006 and subject to the result of the review petition filed by the Commission but pending before the Supreme Court. The appended Main List is arranged by including the names of eligible candidates in the order of merit.
