SHORT TENDER NOTICE
5th October 2009 .
No. A3-1406/2009 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer Hardware Parts , Cables other Equipments and Software for Rs . 1,00,000 for Networking of Computers for Broadband Connection -CDC Fund to Government College, Kottayam.
The Cover Containing the tenders should be superscribed " Tender forler for the supply of Computer Hardware Parts , Cables , other Equipments and Software for Rs . 1,00,000 for Networking of Computers for Broadband Connection- CDC Fund" and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Kottayam, Nattakom P.O. , Kottayam-686 013. Last date for the receipt of tender is 2 p . m . on 6-11-2009. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 6-11-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending 'tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government College, Nattakom P. О. , Kottayam obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 451 ( including tax) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Demand Draft for Rs . 451 on the local branch of SBT drawn in favour of the Principal, Government College, Kottayam and self addressed Stamped cover should be enclosed with the application for tender forms to be sent by post . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender form will be closed at 1 p . m. on 6-11-2009 , Cheques or stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued at Rs. 225 ( including tax) per copy .
The rate quoted should be valid upto 31-3-2010 . An Agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be enclosed with the tender. Demand Draft for Rs . 1,000 ( 1 % of total cost ) on the local branch of SBT/ SBI drawn in favour of the Principal , Government College , Kottayam should be submitted along with the tender as Elrnest Money Deposit .
കോട്ടയം ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിൽ കോളേജ വികസന സമിതിയുടെ ഫണ്ട് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ബ്രോഡ് ബാൻഡ് കണക്ഷനുവേണ്ടി കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ നെററ് വർക് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള 1,00,000 രൂപയുടെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും കേബിളുകളും സോഫ്‌ട്‌വെയറും നൽകുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു .
3 ദർഘാസുകളുടെ കവറിനുപറത്ത "കോളേജ് വികസന സമിതിയുടെ ഫണ്ട് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ബ്രോഡ ബാൻസ് കണക്ഷനുവേണ്ടി കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ നെററ്വർക ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും കേബിളുകളും സോഫ്‌ട്‌വെയറും നൽകുന്നതിനുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ " എന്നെഴുതി (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ് കോളേജ് , കോട്ടയം , നാട്ടകം പി. ഒ. 6., പിൻ -686 013 , കോട്ടയം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചു തരേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ 2009 നവംബർ മാസം 6 -ാം തീയതി പകൽ 2 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 2009 നവംബർ മാസം 6-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരോ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളോ ഹാജരുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . അവരുടെ
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം 2009 നവംബർ മാസം 6 -ാം തീയതി പകൽ 1 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . തപാലിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കേണ്ടവർ ദർഘാസ ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായ ഡിമാൻറ് 451 രൂപയുടെ (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ ) (ഡ്രാഫ്‌റ്റും തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ച് മേൽവിലാസം എഴുതിയ കവറും സഹിതം അപേക്ഷ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില ഒരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിൽപ്പന 6-11-201 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനി ക്കുന്നതാണ് . 6-11-2009 م

ദർഘാസിൽ കാണിക്കുന്ന നീരക്കുകൾക്ക് 2010 മാർച്ച് 31 വരെ (പ്രാബല്യം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം അൻപതുരൂപ വിലയുളള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടിയും നിരതദ്രവ്യ മായി 1,000 രൂപയുടെ ഡിമാൻദം (ഡാഫ്ററും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .

18th September 2009 Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of 3 in 1 Water Purifications System with c-boiling- 4 Nos. for Government College, Mananthavady .
The tenders should be superscribed as Supply of Water purifier to Government College, Mananthavady Plan 2009-10 and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Mananthavady, Nallurnad P.O. , Pin -670 645. Last date of receipt of tender in the College Office is 3 p . m . on 4-11-2009. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m . on 5-11-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised repre-sentatives who may be present at that time, Estimate cost is Rs . 32,000 .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government College , Mananthavady, obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . The cost of tender form is Rs . 169 which is the price fixed for a form and it is not refundable under any circumstances . Application for the tender form through post should be accompanied by a money order remittance of Rs . 206. Cheques , Postal Order, Demand Drafts etc , will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender form. The forms will not be sent by V. P. P. The last date for the sale of tender forms willbe 4-11-2009, 2.30 p. m . The tender forms are not transferable . Every tender should be accompanied by an EMD 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered for. An agreement has to be executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 along with the cach tender . The Principal reserves himself the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
Successful tenderer should furnish an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and tobe deposit 5% amount of total cost as security deposit. Locally assembled articles will not be accepted. Tenderers should specify the rate , quantity and brand name of the items . The payment will be effected only after the items got verified by competent authority. The successful tenderer should deliver and install the items in the college and the cost of the same will include in the price quoted.
മാനന്തവാടി ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് ജലശുദ്ധീകരണ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ( വാട്ടർ പ്യൂരിഫെയർ ) വിതരണം ചെയ്തു സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച പുനർ ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു.
ദർഘാസുകൾക്ക് മുകളിൽ 2009-10 വർഷത്തേ മാനന്തവാടി ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിൽ ജല ശുദ്‌ധീകരണ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന്.. രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 4-11-2009 ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 3 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , മാനന്തവാടി , നല്ലൂർനാട് പി . പിൻ -670 645 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണ വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല 5-11-2009 - ന് ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുളളവരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടുളളവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

(പ്രാദേശികമായി കൂട്ടിച്ചേർക്കപ്പെട്ട സാധനങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വില , (ബാൻറ് നെയിം എന്നിവ വ്യക്തമായി കാണിച്ചിരിക്കണം . ടെണ്ടറിൽറിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുളള സാധനങ്ങൾ കോളേജിൽ എത്തിച്ച് സ്ഥാപിച്ച് പ്രവർത്തന സജ്ജമാക്കേണ്ടതും അതിനുള്ള തുകകൂടി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ വിലയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതു മായിരിക്കും . ബന്ധ്‌ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാരികൾ പരിശോധിച്ച തിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ വിതരണം ചെയ്ത സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വില നൽകുകയുളളൂ .
