SHORT TENDER NOTICE
16th October 2009 .
No. $ 1 /8106/2009/AVC .
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Plastic Chair to the Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2009-10.
۶۶ Tenders should be superscribed " Supply of Plastic Chair Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram . The last date of the 3 p. m . on 6-11-2009 . The late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders on 6-11-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised present at that time. Estimate Cost Rs . 88,000 . addressed to the Principal , receipt of tenders will be at will be opened at 3.30 p . m. representatives who may be Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 450 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p . m . on 6-11-2009 . Cheque , Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms . Those who wish to purchase tender amount of Rs . 50by Money Order to cover postal charges . issued at Rs . 225 per copy. forms by post shall send an additiona 1 Duplicate tender forms , if required will be Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1 % of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest MoneyDeposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-3-2010 . The Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender .
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജിൽ 2009-10 വർഷങ്ങളിലേക്ക് 31-3-2010 വരെ ചുവടെ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
ഫാറങ്ങ പ്രത്യേകം ദർഘാസും ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്‌ത് 6-11-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക 3.30.0° ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 6-11-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻ്റ ൾ 50 രൂപ് കൂടുതൽ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ഡർ ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ 31-3-2010 വരെ മാററം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ഒരു ദർഘാസിൻ്റെ വില 450 രൂപയാണ് . ( ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വില 225 രൂപ) . മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ ഫാറങ്ങൾ അടങ്കൽ തുക രൂപ 88,000 .
ദർഘാസ് പൂരിപ്പിച്ച മൊത്തം ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധനങ്ങളുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ ടെണ്ടറും മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ വിലയുടെ 1 % ( ഒരുശതമാനം ) പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡ്രാഫ്ററും എഗ്രിമെൻറും മാററിവയ്ക്കാനോ 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സംസ്‌ഥാന താണ് . ഏതൊരു തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും . ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ട അധികാരം
