Sealed and competitive tenders in the prescribed forms are invited for the supply of Various items for the ZLFC Workshop , PMR Department of Medical College , Kozhikode . Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Zonal Limb Fitting Centre , Medical College , Kozhikode directe on payment of Rs. 450 andby Registered Post on payment of Rs . 480 by Money Order . The tender forms should be superscribed as "Tender No. AC/ 158 /2009 /ZLFC " and addressed to the Principal/Project Director , Zonal Limb Fitting Centre, Medical College , Calicut . The last date for receipt of tender is 33 p.m. on 7-11-2009. Tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 9-11-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time . Belated tenders will not be accepted.
