Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form shouldshould be accompanied by a remittance of above prices fixed for the same and which is non- refundable under any circumstance The tender forms are not transferable . Cost of tender form is only acceptable by Money Order or cash remittance to this office. As per conditions the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper value of Rs . 50 and EMD 1 % of the total cost of the articles tendered . Tenders without agreement, tender form and EMD will be rejected.
