In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 61 & 62 of Major Port Trust Act , 1963 , Goods lying abandoned and uncleared for over two months from their date of respective landing in the Cochin Port Trust will be sold by Open Tender/Auction or in any other manner deemed fit on ' as is where is condition ' . Notices are issued to the consignees to clear the goods within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice .
