(2) The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.
The candidates who have secured '31' (Thirty-one) marks and above are included in the Short List. A separate list of PH candidates is prepared in consonance with Circular No. 21/08 dated 19-8-2008.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes who are included in the Short Lists are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P) No. 117/2008/SC/ST/DD dated 19-12-2008. They shall produce the same along with the other documents at the time of verification of original documents.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer script will be rechecked only after the publication of Ranked List.
Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 19-9-2008 will be issued to those candidates who apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after publication of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register Number is invalidated are advised to refer to Notification No. ER VI (1) 1308/09/EW dated 5-8-2009.

O. (P) No. 117/08/SC/STDD dated 19-12-2008 shall produce the same as and when called for. ADDENDUM NOTIFICATION
No. ASSI (1) 1103/2008. 22nd July 2009.
The Ranked List for the post of Last Grade Servants (Various Departments) on Rs. 2610-3680 (PR) (Category No. 56/2006) in Alappuzha District (No. 220/08/DOA) was published on 18-9-2008. The List II of the Ranked List consisting of candidates for being filled up against the 3% vacancies earmarked for PH candidates as per G. O. (P) No. 50/07/SWD dated 15-9-2007 was temporarily withheld. The following is the list of candidates who are found eligible to be included in List II on the basis of the Objective Type (OMR valuation) Test held on 30-6-2007, arranged in the order of Register Numbers and in no way indicates respective rank on the basis of the marks secured in the examination. Alphabet 'A' should be prefixed to the Register Numbers in the list to denote Alappuzha District. Register Numbers of those candidates who are included in the existing Ranked List and those who were found unsuitable in the suitability assessment held on 16-7-2008 and those who were absent for the suitability assesessment held on 16-7-2008 have been excluded from this list.
Candidates included in the list will have to produce in person at their own expense the original documents along with self attested copies to prove their claims made in the application, i.e. qualification, date of birth, community, Medical Certificate issued by Medical Board etc. Date, time and venue of suitability assessment will be personally intimated in due course.

No chance will be given to apply for rechecking of answer scripts in pursuance of this addendum notification.

The candidates who have obtained 50 (Fifty ) marks and above have been included in the Main List of this Ranked List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group of Communities.
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fees of Rs. 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account 0051 PSC-800- other Receipts 99 other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commissions website www.kerala.psc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 within one month of the date of publication of this ranked list. A Copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked, if the candidates apply for rechecking remitting the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105- State PSC-99 Examination fee".

The following list contains the name of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 1-3-2008 for the post of Excise Guard on Rs. 3050-5230 (PR) in the Excise Department in Ernakulam District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is published on the basis of the Gazette Notification for the post dated 12-3-2007 with Category Number 81/2007. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 27-7-2009 and will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the Application for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the Ranked list are advised to refer to Notification No. ERV 2328/08/EW dated 3-11-2008 for the Register No. of invalidated answer scripts and the reason thereof.
The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrikkakkara Grama Panchayat Building, Kakkanad, Ernakulam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List.

The Fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Entries are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kakkanad, Ernakulam within 1 (One) month from the date of publication of the Raked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. പരീക്ഷയുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറിന്റെ ക്രമത്തിൽ മാത്രമാണ് ഈ ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല. പരീക്ഷയിൽ 70 (എഴുപത്)-ഉം അതിനുമുകളിലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുളളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തിയാണ് ഉപ പട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുളളത്.

കുറിപ്പ്-(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധന നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ലാത്തതിനാൽ തികച്ചും സോപാധികമാ യിട്ടാണ് ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നതുകൊ≠് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(3) ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി, യോഗ്യത മുതലായവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി നി›ിത സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകൾ സഹിതം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി തന്നെ നേരിട്ട് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്. അസ്സൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കററുകളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ ലിസ്റ്റിൽ നിന്നും മറ്റൊരു അറിയിപ്പു കൂടാതെ നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെയും (വികലാംഗർ ഒഴികെ) സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധന കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലാ പി. എസ്. സി. ഓഫീസിൽ വെച്ച് നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.

The following list contains the names of the candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 26-4-2008 and verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 16-5-2009 for the post of Field Worker (Category No. 77/2007) on Rs. 4400-6680 in Health Services Department in Kannur District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 12-3-2007 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force w.e.f. 12-8-2009.
The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordence with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advise for appointment depends on the occurance of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be re-checked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the head of account "0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99-Examination fee". The Application for re-checking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, K. P. S. C. District Office, Kannur within one month from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the Various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or down loaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Application submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
The candidates, who require the Xerox copies of their OMR Answer Scripts should remit the prescribed fee of Rs. 200 in any of the Treasury in the State under the Head10th NOV. 2009] KERALA GAZETTE 731 of Accounts "0051-PSC-800 Other Receipts 99 Other Receipts". Entries put in Column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved with necessary documents. ചുരുക്ക പട്ടിക നമ്പർ 8/2009/ഡി.ഒ.സി. 2009 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 13. 14-2-2007-ാം തീയതിയിലെ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിൽ വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ 3050-5230 രൂപ ശമ്പള നിരക്കിൽ ഡ്രൈവർ ഗ്രേഡ്-2 (എൽ. ഡി. വി.) (കാറ്റഗറി നമ്പർ 32/2007) നേരിട്ടുള്ള നിയമനത്തിന്റെയും (കാറ്റഗറി നമ്പർ 33/2007) തസ്തികമാറ്റംവഴിയുള്ള നിയമനത്തി ന്റെയും തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിനായി 17-5-2008-ാം തീയതിയിൽ നടത്തിയ ഒബ്ജക്റ്റീവ് (ഒ.എം.ആർ. മൂല്യനിർണ്ണയം) മാതൃകയി ലുള്ള പരീക്ഷയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയി ലേക്ക് പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ സോപാധികമായി അർഹരാണെന്നു ക≠ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ സംയോജിത ചുരുക്ക പട്ടിക (Unified Short List) ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല. ഇതൊരു സംയോജിത ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയാണ്. (Unified Short List). അതിനാൽ മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയും ഉപപട്ടികകളും വേർതിരിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.
രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾക്കു മുൻപിൽ 'C' കൂടി ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ലിസ്റ്റ്—II (തസ്തികമാറ്റം വഴിയുള്ള നിയമനം) 200001 200002 200003 200004 200006 200007 200008 200009 200011 200012 200013 200014 200016 200019 200020 200022 കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്.
സംയോജിത ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ പേര് ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.
(2) അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടൂത്തിയി ട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സംയോജിത ചുരുക്കപട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിനുശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
(3) കമ്മീഷൻ നടത്തിയ പരീക്ഷയിൽ 71 (എഴുപത്തിഒന്ന്)-ഉം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ ഈ സംയോജിത ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിലും ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തി ഉപപട്ടികകളും ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയാണ് ഈ സംയോജിത ചുരുക്ക പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കി യിരിക്കുന്നത്.
(4) സംയോജിത ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരി ക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ - അതായത് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി, നേറ്റിവിറ്റി, മറ്റു ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് മുന്നോടിയായി നടത്തുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് വെരിഫിക്കേഷൻ സമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
(5) സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക്ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കേ ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദി ക്കുകയോ വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാ തിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധി ക്കേ≠താണ്.
(6) റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകളുടെ പുനxപരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല.
