സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ 2000 ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ മെക്കാനിക്കൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് ഡിπോമാ പരീക്ഷയിൽ കോഴിക്കോട് സർക്കാർ പോളിടെക്നിക്കിൽ നിന്നും 971745 രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം പാസ്സായ ശ്രീമാൻ അനിഷ് കുമാർ, റ്റി. എൻ. എന്നയാൾക്ക് നൽകിയ ഡിπോമാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു. ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കിട്ടിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ അത് സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-40 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു.

പുതിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും പരാതി ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യത്തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം രേഖാമൂലം സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളറെ അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.

TENDER NOTICE

[No. 8/9-10/NAAC/Plan]

No. B5-1216/09(1). 14th October 2009.

Sealed tenders are invited for making and fixing Notice Boards, Sign Boards, Name Boards etc. at appropriate places in the College Campus as per specification detailed in the tender for a total amount of Rs. 78,770 (Rupees Seventy eight thousand seven hundred and seventy only).

The tender should be superscribed as "Tender No. 8/9-10/NAAC/PLAN for making Notice Boards, Sign Boards, Name Boards etc. and placing/fixing at the specific places" and addressed to the Principal, Govt. Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6. Sales of tender form will be closed on 16-11-2009 at 2.30 p. m. Last date for receipt of tender is on 17-11-2009 at 2 p. m.

Thalassery-6, obtain requisite tender form on which the tender should be submitted. The cost of the tender form is Rs. 450 (Rs. 400+50 Tax) (Rupees four hundred and fifty only). Application form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 450 at the Office or by Money Order which is the price fixed for a form and it is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of Tender forms. Forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Tender forms are not transferable. Every Tender should be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the total cost of the article tendered for. This is subject to a minimum of Rs. 30 (Rupees thirty only).

Tender form if required by post an additional amount of Rs. 40 should be sent.

An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) is to be submitted along with the tender. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenders outside the State in case they required for the same and remitted by Money Order an additional amoount of Rs. 70 (Rupees seventy only) (Rs. 50 for Stamp Paper and Rs. 20 for incidental expenses). Duplicate tender form if any required will be issued at Rs. 225 per copy only to those who purchased the original tender form.

The Principal reserves himself the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

തലശ്ശേരി ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ബ്രണ്ണൻ കോളേജിലേക്ക് πാൻ ഫ≠് അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ നോട്ടീസ് ബോർഡുകളും സൈൻ ബോാർഡുകളും നെയിംബോർഡുകളും ഉ≠ാക്കുന്നതിനും സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനും മുദ്രവെച്ച ടെൻഡറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. ഇതിനായി 78,770 രൂപ (എഴുപത്തെട്ടായിരിത്തി എഴുന്നൂറ്റി എഴുപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.

ടെൻഡർ കവറിനുപുറത്ത് "കോളേജിലേക്ക് നോട്ടീസ് ബോർഡുകളും സൈൻ ബോർഡുകളും നെയിംബോർഡുകളും ഉ≠ാക്കി യഥാസ്ഥാനത്ത് സ്ഥാപിക്കാൻ വേ≠ിയുള്ള ടെൻഡർ (നാക്, πാൻ സ്കീം)" എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റെ ് ബ്രണ്ണൻ കോളേജ്, ധർമ്മടം, തലശ്ശേരി-6 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെൻഡർ ഫോറം 16-11-2009, 2.30 മണി വരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

ടെൻഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 17-11-2009 2 മണി. ടെൻഡറുകൾ 17-11-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് ടെൻഡറുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെയോ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ടെൻഡർ ഫോമുകൾ പണമായോ, മണി ഓർഡറായോ 450 രൂപ (നാനൂറ്റി അൻപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ടെൻഡർ ഫോമുകളുടെ വില തിരിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ടെൻഡർ ഫോമുകൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡി.ഡി., പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ ടെൻഡർ ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെൻഡർ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ 1% തുക ഇ.എം.ഡി. അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഇത് ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 30 രൂപ ആയിരിക്കണം. ടെൻഡർ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ളവർക്ക് അവർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ മുദ്രപത്രം ടെൻഡർ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ അയച്ചുതരുന്നതും അതിനുവേ≠ി അധികമായി 70 രൂപ മണി ഓർഡാറായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. (മുദ്രപത്രത്തിന്റെ വില 50 രൂപയും അധിക ചെലവ് 20 രൂപയും).

ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ടെൻഡർ ഫോമുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 225 രൂപ (ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി ഇരുപത്തി അഞ്ച് രൂപ) കൂടുതലായി അടക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെൻഡർ ഫോമുകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ടെൻഡർ ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

ഏതെങ്കിലുമോ മുഴുവനായോ ടെൻഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
