Competitive tender in sealed covers superscribing the name of work is invited by the Superintending Engineer , Buildings and Local Works , Central Circle, Thrissur on behalf of Governor of Kerala from registered eligible class of contractors of PWD for the following work through registered post only ( Courier Service not accepted) . The tenders willbe accepted upto 4 p.m. on the last date of receipt of tender prescribed for the work.

The tender documents and other particulars can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours from 10-11-2009 to 12-11-2009 upto I p.m. on application in writing and payment of cost of tender documents (not refundable) either in cash or by Money Order . The EMD produced for each work should be pledged in favour of Superintending Engineer , Buildings and Local Works , Central Circle, Thrissur with name of work . The tenders will be opened on the last date of receipt at 4.30 p.m. in the presence of available tenderers .
The tender documents will be issued only to the registered contractors of P.W.D. and are not transferable . The electrical work of the above building shall be done simultaneously with approved licencies of electrical inspectorate under the super- vision of Electrical Engineering wing of PWD . If the dast date of receipt of the tender is to be declared as holiday, tenders will be received on the next working day according to the schedule fixed . Preliminary agreement should be enclosed duly filled and signed by the tenderers in stamp paper worth Rs . 50. Tenders not complying with the above conditions will not be accepted. All the rules in P.W.D. regarding the tenders are applicable to this tender also. Department is not responsible for any postal delay in receiving tenders .
ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി മദ്ധ്യമേഖലാ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , ബിൽഡിംഗ്‌സ് ആൻറ് ലോക്കൽ വർകസ് , തൃശ്‌ശൂർ Maay പറയുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ അർഹമായ അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും മത്സരാടി സ്ഥാനത്തിലുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തതിട്ടുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ രജിസ്റോർഡായി തപാലിൽ മാത്രം ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു . കൊറിയർ സർവ്വീസിൽ വരുന്ന തപാലുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . തപാലിൽ വരുന്ന കാലതാമസ ങ്ങൾക്ക് ഈ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത് അവസാന തീയതിക്ക് 4 മണിവരെയായിരിക്കും .

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളും മറ്റു വിവരങ്ങളും ഈ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും 10-11-2009 മുതൽ 12-11-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിവരെ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിൻ്റെ വില രൊക്കമായോ മണിയോർഡറായോ അടച്ച് രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിനുവേണ്ടി അടയ്ക്കുന്ന തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾസ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം 4.30 - ന് സന്നിഹിതരായിട്ടുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ് തീയതി ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ടി സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാർക്കുമാത്രം ലഭിക്കുന്നതും അവ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു. ഈ പ്രവർത്തിയുടെ ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ വർക്കുകൾ ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറേററിൻറെ അംഗീകാര മുളളവരെക്കൊണ്ട് പൂി . ഡബ്ല്യു . ഡി . ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ വിഭാഗം എഞ്ചിനീയർമാരുടെ മേൽനോട്ടത്തിൽ നിർവഹി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീ യറുടെ പേരിൽ പണയപ്പെടുത്തിയതും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ دم ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതുമായിരിക്കണം . പ്രിലിമിനറി എഗ്രിമെൻറ് അൻപത് രൂപ മുദ്ര പത്രത്തിൽ എഴുതി ഒപ്പിട്ട് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യവസ്ഥ , പാലിക്കാത്തതും നേരിട്ട് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിൻറെ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധ‌ിച്ച എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്‌ഥകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address . Bidding documents requestedby Mail willbe despatched by Registered/ Speed Post on payment of an extra amount of Rs . 200 . The tendering authority will not be held responsible for the delay if any, in the delivery of the documents or non-receipt of the same . The standard bidding document Part I & II in which technical bid is to be submitted shall be obtained from the Secretary, IndIndian Roads Congress , Jamnagar House , ShajahanShajahan Road , New Delhi- 110011 on payment and submitted along with the completed bids duly filled up.
Bids must be accompanied by security of the amount specified for the work in the table payable at Kozhikode and drawn in favour of the Superintending Engineer, National Highway, North Circle, Kozhikode . Bid security will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the Standard Bidding Document and shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the bid .
Bids must be delivered to the Superintending Engineer , PWD, National Highway North Circle , PWD Complex , IV Floor , Kannur Road, Kozhikode- 673001 on or 4 p.m. on 25-11-2009 and the technical bid will be opened on the same day at 4.30 p. m . in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. If the office happens to be closed on the date of receipt of the bids as specified , the bids will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue .
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18-11-2009 at 11 a.m. at the office of the Superintending Engineer, P. W. D. National Highway, North Circle, Kozhikode to clarify the issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage as stated in Clause 9.2 of ' Instructions to Bidders' of the bidding document .
