Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Hot Air Oven for Microbiology Lab of Chief Disease Investigation Office , Palode , Thiruvananthapuram .
the The tender should be superscribed "Tender No. 4/2009-10-Supply of Hot Air Oven " and should be addressed to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer, Palode, Pacha P.O. , Pin-695562, Thiruvana- nthapuram District , Kerala . Last date for receipt of the tender is 25-11-2009 at 4 p . m . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m . on 26-11-2009 in the presence presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .
Estimate Cost-Rs . 5,00,000 .
Intending tenderers can apply to the Chief Disease InvestigationInvestigation Officer , Palode , Pacha P. O. , 695 562, Thiruvananthapuram District for the prescribed tender form on which the tenders are to be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 1,000 (Rupees One thousand only) + VAT ( 12.5 % ) and 1 % cess which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable . The tender forms are not transferable . Those who wish to get tender form by post may send Rs. 1,100 (Rupees One thousand and one hundred only) . Money Order which include cost , taxes, postal charges etc. Sale of tender form will not be be closed at 4 p . m. on 24-11-2009 . Cheques , Postal Stamps, Demand Drafts etc. will accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent as per V.P.P. Duplicate forms if required will be issued @ Rs. 500 (Rupees Five hundred only) + VAT extra per copy . Details of the tenders can be had from this office on all working days.

നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്റിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസർ , പാലോട് , പച്ച പോസ്ററ് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , കേരളം , പിൻ -695 562 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ബന്‌ധപ്പെടേണ താണ് . നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട രൂപത്തിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകളിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ പാടുളളു. മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കു ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷയോ 1,000 രൂപ ( ആയിരം രൂപ മാത്രം ) അതിന്റെ വാറ് പ്രകാരമുളള നികുതിയും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . പ്ര‌സ്തുത തുക തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമറേറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്നുളളവർ 1 , 100രൂപ ( ആയിരത്തി ഒരുന്നൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം ) ദർഘാസ് വില , വാറ് നികുതി , തപാൽ ചാർജ് ഇനങ്ങളിലായി മണിയോർഡർ കൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനപ്പി രപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം لعالم ചെക്കായോ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 24-11-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പി ക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകളുടെ പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറായോ ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായാ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകളുടെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യ മുളളവർ 500 രൂപ ( അഞ്ഞൂറ് രൂപ ) + വാറ്റ് നികുതിയും അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധി ച്ചുളള കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ങ്ങളിലും ആഫീസ ദിവസ ആഫീസ് സമയത്ത് ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
