Sealed tenders are invited for the Purchase of Computer and Accessories for Maths Department of PTM Government College, Perinthalmanna for Rs . 2,14,100 (Rupees Two Lakhs Fourteen Thousand and one hundred only) under the development of Lab/ Library (Plan) during 2009-10 . The tenders should be superscribed as supply of Computer and accessories to Maths Department under development of Lab Library (Plan) during 2009-10 " and addressed to the Principal , P. Т. М. Government College, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District , Pin-679 322, Kerala State . لعالم ടെങ്കിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർ " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , പി . ദി . എം , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല , പിൻ -679 322, കേരള എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയുടെ കൂടെ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായ 400 രൂപയും വാററ് 50 രൂപയും ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആകെ 450 രൂപ അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം മാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , പോസ് ററൽ ഓർഡർ , (ഡാഫ്റ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതോ വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതോ അല്ല . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ രജിസ്‌റേറ്റർഡ് തപാലിൽ കിട്ടുന്നതിന് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയും രജിസ്‌റേർഡ് തപാൽ ചാർജും ഉൾപ്പെടെ 482 (നാന്നൂറ്റി എൺപത്തി രണ്ട് ) രൂപ മാത്രം മണിഓർഡർ അയച്ചുതരേണ്ടതാണ് .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , P. T. M. Government College , Perinthalmanna , Malappuram District , Pin-679 322 , Kerala State, obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 towards cost of form plus Rs.50 towards VAT,AT, which is the price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Cheques , Postal Orders , Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the form be sent by V.P.P. Those who are required tender forms by registered post should sent Rs . 482 ( Rupees Four Hundred and Eightytwo only ) by M.O. including cost of tender form and registered postal charges.

യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ ടെണ്ടർ നടപടികൾ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനോ 288 അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ആളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . ഓഫീസിലെ പണമിടപാട് സമയം പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസ ങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിവരെയാകുന്നു .
Every tender should be completely filled, signed and accompanied by Demand Draft towards 1% of total cost of equipments to be quoted . Short Term Fixed Deposit Receipt should not be accepted towards E.M.D. E.M.D. carry no interest . The rate , VAT and other charges should be quoted separately for each item. The successful tenderers should supply the equipments within one month after the receipt ofthe supply order at their own expenses . The prices should be valid upto 31-3-2010 . The firms who are exempted from furnishing EMD should attach true copy of the exemption order along with the tender. documents. Every tenderer should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 along with the tender .
