The cover containing tenders should be superscribed with tender number as indicated and should be addressed to the Superintendent , Institute of Maternal and Child Health, Medical College, Calicut-8, Kerala . Tenders will be opened at 12 Noon on 25-11-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized agents who may be present at that time . Belated tenders will not be accepted .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, IMCH , Medical College, Calicut, Kerala will obtain the requisite tendernder forms in which the tenders are to be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by the cash remittance as noted above for a set of tender forms , which will not be refunded under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Postage stamps , Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. MoneyOrder willbe accepted . If tender forms are to be send by post Rs . 50 should be paid additionally towards the postage covearge . Tender should be accompanied by EMD amounting to one per cent (rounded to nearest one rupee) of the total cost of the articles tendered for . The tenderer's should be produce samples of the item, Brand name and Brochures . The tenders that do not accompaniedaccompanied byby sufficientsuff EMD will not be entertained . The intending tenderers should also be ready for demonstration . The undersigned has the right to reject any tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
