SHORT TENDER NOTICE

The cover containing tenders should be superscribed B5 / 12/09 dated 22-10-2009 and addressed to the Principal , Govt . I.T.I. , Chackai . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 12-11-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of M.S. Electrode for Welder trade of Government I.T.I. , Chackai , as per the list attached.

Date and time of opening of tender-12-11-2009 , 3 p.m.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government I. T. I. , Chackai , Thiruvananthapuram, obtain the requisite tend forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompa- nied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 (Rs . Four hundred only) which is the price fixed for a form/ set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Kerala Stamp Paper required for executing preliminary agreemgreement along with the tender will be provided to firms outside Kerala , if they remit an amount of Rs . 75 ( Rupees Seventy five only) by Money Order separately. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p. m . on 11-11-2009 . Cheques , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent as V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued on remittance of the cost .

ദർഘാസുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന കവറിന് മുകളിൽ ബി 5 / 12 / 09 തീയതി 22-10-2009 എന്ന് വ്യക്തമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതും ആയവ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺ മെൻറ് ഐ.ടി.ഐ. , ചാക്ക എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ നിശ്ചിതചിത തീയതിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതു മാണ് . അവസാന തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 12-11-2009 , 2 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന വരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ മുമ്പിൽ വച്ച് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ ഐ.ടി.ഐ. , ചാക്കയുടെ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 400 രൂപ+ 12.5% ടാക്സ് ഒടുക്കി വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . പ്രസ്‌തുത തുക ഒരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 11-11-2009, 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും , ചെക്കുകൾ , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻെറ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്തുളള കമ്പനികൾ സ്ററാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിന് എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ് അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വില ഒടുക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
