TENDER NOTICE
12th October 2009 .
No. G1-5484/2009 .
Scaled tenders are invited for the supply of Weaving Accessories required for the Manufactory Units of the Central Prison, Thiruvananthapuram, Viyyur and Kannur .
The tender should be superscribed with the name and number of tender and addressed to the Additional Director General of Police (Prisons) , Prisons Headquarters , Poojappura , Thiruvanantha- puram- 12 . PAC Rs . 1,00,000 .
on Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% E. M. D. will be at 12 noon on 23-11-2009 and will be opened at 4 p . m. the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Late tenders will not be accepted . The rates quoted must be valid upto 31-3-2010 .
Tender forms may be obtained from the Office of the Additional Director General of Police (Prisons) : Tender forms are not transferable .
Application for tender form will be accompanied by cash remittance as detailed below .
Cost of tender form :
Original Rs . 400+ 12.5 % VAT .
Duplicate-Rs . 200+ 12.5 % VAT .
The cost of tender forms will not be refunded under any circumstances . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 noon on 22-11-2009.
Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം , വിയ്യൂർ , കണ്ണൂർ എന്നീ മൂന്ന് സെൻട്രൽ ജയിലുകളിലെ മാനുഫാക്ച്ചറികളിലേക്ക് വിവിംഗ് ആക്‌സിസ്‌സറീസ് വിതരണം ന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ചെയ്യു മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാനുദ് ദേശിക്കുന്ന ദർഥദർഘാസിൻറ (ക്രമനമ്പരും പേരും എഴുതി അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ് പോലീസ് ( (പ്രിസൺസ് ) , ജയിൽ ആസ്ഥാനകാര്യാലയം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം -12 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്
ദർഘാസിൻെറ അടങ്കൽ തുക 1,00,000 م ആയിരിക്കും .
സഹിതം ദർഘാസുകൾ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 23-11-2009 ഉച്ചയ് 12 മണിക്കാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടെയോ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ ദിവസം അവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ അന്നേ വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ടെണ്ടർ നിരക്ക് 31-3-2010 വരെ ത്തിലുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം .
അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ് പോലീസ് ( (പ്രിസൺസ്) തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിൻറെ ഓഫീസിൽ രൊക്കം പണമടച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കു ന്നതാണ് .
ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില :
അസ്സൽ രൂപ 400 + 12.5 % വാറ് .
പകർപ്പ്-രൂപ 200 + 12.5% വാറ് .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന " നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറ ത്തിൻറെ വിൽപ്പന 22-11-2009 - ന¹ തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി.പി.പി , ആയി അയയ്ക്കു 0 ചെക്ക്പോസ്‌റേറജ് സ്‌ററാമ്പ് മുതലായവ ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ
