are the invited for the purchase of 3 Nos. of Simulators Sealed competitive tenders Government College of Nursing, Kottayam . to Tender forms can be had from this office on payment of Rs . 450 prescribed cost in cash or by Money Order . till 25-11-2009 at 3.30 p.m. No other modes of remittance will be entertained. Those who require tender forms by post , a sum of Rs. 40 will be added towards postage charges . Money Orders should reach this office at least 10 days prior to the closing date of teader sales . Cost of tender forms will not be refunded.
The duly signed tenders superscribed on the envelope as "Tender No. C/ 1365/2009/CNK for the purchase of Simulators " addressed to the Principal , Governmentovernment Nursing College , Kottayam -8 should reach this office on or before 26-11-2009 at 1 p.m. Tenders received lateate willwill not be entertained . The duly received tenders will be opened at 26-11-2009 at 3.30 pm . at the stipulated time in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .

Tenders should be submitted or before 17-11-2009 , 11 a.m. Belated tenders will not be accepted. Each tender should be submitted alongwith an agreement signed and executed in Kerala Govt . Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and E. M. D. @ 1 % of the total cost of the items tendered for.
