സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ടോണർ കാഡ്രിജുകൾ റണ്ണിംഗ് കോൺട്രാക്ട് അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 20-11-2009 , 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്ന ദിവസം 9 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 41 / 2009-10 ടോണർ കാഡിജുകൾ വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച് " എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ രൂപ 500 + വാററ് 12.5% നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് രൂപ 300 + വാറ് 12.5% നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്ന താണ് , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫോറം വി , പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റോജ ചെലവിനുളള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുക യാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം രജിസ്‌റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് . 50 രൂപ Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 41/2009-10 for the supply of Toner Catridges on running contract basis for the use of Printing Department are invited by the undersigned. tenders along with samples should before 20-11-2009 of The reach this office on at 1 p. m. and the same will be opened at 3 p . m . on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the under- signed on cash payment of Rs . 500 + VAT @ 12.5% for original form and Rs.300 + VAT @ 12.5% for duplicate . Cheques , Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps , Postai Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by Registered post subject to a cash payment by М. О. inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32. The tender forms are transferable . Sale tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m . on 20-11-2009 . An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tenders . Money Orders willbe entertained only upto 12-11-2009 and the purposeose sending Money of Order should be specified in M. O. coupon clearly . Late tenders , tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1 % of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 will not be accepted on any account . not of വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രി 3 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും തുകയുടെ 1% നി മെൻറും മൊത്തം ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്' . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മണിയോർഡർ 12-11-2009 വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുക യുള്ളു. മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്ത്‌തമായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് രജിസ്‌റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് . 50 രൂപ വിലയുളള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മണിയോർഡർ (2)
