In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act, 53 of 1952) the Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of Late T. C. Sekhara Panicker, Advocate, 'Surabhi', Near Town Hall, Vadakara, Kozhikode from the Register of Notaries with effect from 23-5-2009 since he has expired.

Abdul Khader, Advocate, 'Soumya', Killy, Kollode P. O., Kattakkada, Thiruvananthapuram as such in and throughout the Revenue District of Thiruvananthapuram for five years with effect from In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 (f) of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act, 53 of 1952) the Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of Sri D. Asokan, Advocate, Prakash Home, No. 7-Akshaya Nagar, Residency Road, Kadappakkada, Kollam from the Register of Notaries with immediate effect since his application for renewal of Certificate of Practice has been rejected by the Government.
