The tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. 1 /2009-10, The tender for the supply of Lab Equipments and Chemicals for the Department of Physics and Botany- Biotechnology 2009-10, (Plan-Fund) " and should be addressed to the Principal Government Arts College , Thiruvananthapuram . SHORT TENDER NOTICE 27-11-2009. Cheques , Demand Drafts and Postage Stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 is to be executed while submitting the tenders . The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and other expenses and should be firm for a period of two months . A cash deposit equivalent to one percent of the cost of items tendered is to be deposited as earnest money . Government College, Perinthalmanna for Rs . 60,000 (Rupees Sixty thousand only ) under Starting of New Course (Plan) during 2009-10 . The tenders should be superscribed as "Supply of Generator under Starting of New Course (Plan) during 2009-10 " and addressed to the Principal , P.T.M. Government College, Perintalmanna , Malappuram District, Pin -679 322 , Kerala State .
