Sealed tenders are invited from authorised suppliers /manufacturers for the supply of Injection Immunoglobulin IV- 2.5 gm . medicine at an approximate cost of Rs . 5,00,000 for the use in ICH, Kottayam. The tenders should be superscribed tender No., Date , supply of medicine and addressed to the Superintendent, Institute of Child Health, Gandhinagar , Kottayam . Tender form can be had from the office of the undersigned on all working days on written request and payment incash . M. О. , Cheque, Draft etc. will not be accepted .

കോട്ടയം മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് കുട്ടികളുടെ ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് ഏകദേശം 5 ലക്ഷം രൂപയ്ക്ക് ഇഞ്ചക്ഷൻ ഈമ്മ്യൂണോഗ്ലോബുലിൻ -2 , 5 ഗ്രാം മരുന്ന് വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുദ്രണം ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
ടെണ്ടർ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനുപുറത്ത് ടെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ , സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തീയതി , എന്നിവ വ്യക്തമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം . ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറം എഴുതിക്കൊടുക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷയിൽ സൂപ്രണ്ടിൻറ ആഫീസിൽ പണം ഒടുക്കിയാൽ പകൽ മൂന്നുമണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ചെക്ക് , (ഡാഫ്ററ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല , ടെണ്ടർ പൂർണ്ണമായോ ഭാഗികമായോ മുൻകൂർ അറിയിപ്പുകൂടാതെ നിരസിക്കുവാൻ സൂപ്രണ്ടിന് അധികാരമുണ്ട് .
