Technical Education Department SHORT TENDER NOTICE
22nd October 2009 .
No. P1 /2680/09 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the following items to Government Engineering College, Barton Hill , Thiruvananthapuram.
The tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. P1 / 2680/09 due од 25-11-2009" and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 25-11-2009 , 3 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 26-11-2009 at 11 a.m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance ofRs . 451 which is the price fixed for the same and which is non- refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p . m . on 25-11-2009 .. Cheques, Stamps, Demand draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the form nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at the rate of Rs . 226 per copy .
Asper the tender condition the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value Rs . 50 and an Earnest Money Deposit ( EMD ) 1 % of the total cost of the articles tendered . Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected.
Those who want the tender formby post should send Rs . 50by Money Order to the undersigned . Outside firms who desire to get .Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of Rs. 60 along with the cost of tender form .

ഇവ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ പി 1 /2680 / 09 . തീയതി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ‌ന് 25-11-2009-ാം തീയതി 3 മണിക്ക് മുൻപ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 26-11-2009 - ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
