The petitioners are the legal heirs of deceased A. P. Varghese @ Varghese , s / o Ouseph Paily , Eramathukudy House , Keezhillam Kara , Perumbavoor, Keezhillam P. O. , Ernakulam District , who has deposited Rs . 1,00,000 ( One lakh only) in the Sub Treasury, Kunnathunad , Perumbavoor vide term deposit ( fixed deposit) No. JJ 723587 ( TFD 13070) on 24-2-2007 and it will due on 24-2-2010 . The petitioners filed the above Succession OP to obtain the said amount and the petition stands posted for hearing on 4-1-2010 . If anybody has any objection in the said petition he/she shall be present at 11 a . m . on the same day before the Court and shall file objection in the matter.

ഹർജിക്കാരിയുടെ മരിച്ചുപോയ മകൻ ശിവരാജന്റെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഫിനാൻഷ്യൽ എൻ്റർപ്രൈസസ് ലിമിറ്റഡിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുവാനുള്ള 76,834 രൂപ ( എഴുപത്താ റായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റി മുപ്പത്തിനാല് രൂപ ) യുടെ ഒന്ന് പകുതി സംഖ്യ ഹർജിക്കാരിക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്ന തിന് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനും മറ്റുമായി ബോധിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മേൽ നമ്പർ സക്‌ഷൻ ഹർജിയിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും താൽപ്പര്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മേൽ നമ്പർ ഹർജിയുടെ വിചാരണ തീയതിയായ 16-12-2009 -ാം തീയതിയിൽ കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരായി ബോധിപ്പിച്ചുകൊള്ളേണ്ടതാണ് .
