The following Short List contains the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of 'Lecturer in Transfusion Medicine and Immuno Haematology' on Rs. 8000-13500 in the Medical Education Department (Category No. 11/2007 in Gazette dated 27-1-2007) on the basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 7-9-2007.
The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way indicate their respective rank on the basis of the OMR test.

Note:—(1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register Number in the short list does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview and subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.
(2) The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.
The candidates who have secured 64 (Sixty Four) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List, are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 46/2007/SC/ STDD dated 25-8-2007. Such candidates in the main list who fail to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition Candidates. As regards such candidates in the Supplementary Lists of Other Backward Classes, their register numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate.
The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked only after the publication of the Ranked List.

കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധന നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ലാത്തതിനാൽ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത് തികച്ചും സോപാധികമായിട്ടാണ്. സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

The following are the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally considered for inclusion in the Ranked List for the post of Matron Grade I on Rs. 3050-5230 (PR) in the Social Welfare Department (Category No. 74/2006) in Ernakulam District notified in the Gazette dated 11-9-2006 on the basis of the OMR Test held on 5-1-2008. The arrangement of numbers in the list are in numerical sequence and in no way indicates the respective rank on the basis of the marks secured in the examination. The original certificates to prove Date of Birth, Community, Qualification, Experience etc. in respect of the candidates will be verified before the ranked list is finalized and published. "The candidates who have secured 71 (Seventy one) marks and above in the OMR Test are included in the Main List of this Probability List. The cut of marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in the Supplimentary Lists". The date, time and Venue fixed for verification of documents will be intimated in due course.
Prefix the letter 'E' to all Register Nos. to indicate Ernakulam District.
'H' indicates Physically Handicapped Candidates.

List II
Traditional occupation and those who belong to the sub caste of class of people engaged in fishing as their occupation have to produce the Caste Certificate (Original & Self attested copies) showing specifically that they are engaged in the Traditional occupation. Candidates belonging to the above said Group and SC/ST Category are exempted from producing the Non-creamy Layer Certificate. Candidates having the benefit of reservation and belonging to Other Backward Classes, except the above mentioned category have to produce Non-creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 46/2007/SC/STDD dated 25-8-2007.
Candidates belonging to the Category of Sports and Ex-servicemen have to produce the Certificates concerned in original along with the self attested copy to get the extra benefits they claimed in the application. Documents produced in any way other than in person are not acceptable.
Since the process of finalisation of the Rank List is time bound no time will be granted to any candidate in any circumstances to produce any documents in original or copies of documents. Hence the candidates should give special attention to see that their chances are not lost by their absence for the verification. The candidates have to report for verification of documents at the time and date in the specified place at their own expense.
The date, time and venue of Certificate verification will be intimated later.
