1. ജനനത്തീയതി, വയസ്സ് : സ്കൂൾ അഡ്മിഷൻ രജിസ്റ്ററിന്റെ പകർപ്പ്/വിടുതൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ പകർപ്പ്/എസ്.എസ്.എൽ.

സി.യുടെ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പേജ്/തത്തുല്യ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും അസ്സലും പകർപ്പും.

2. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത : ഈ തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ നിഷ്കർഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള നി›ിത യോഗ്യതാ സർട്ടി ഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ അസ്സലും പകർപ്പും (എസ്.എസ്.എൽ.സി.യോ തത്തുല്യ യോഗ്യതയോ).

3. ജാതി, സമുദായം : കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്/നോൺ ക്രീമിലയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പകർപ്പും.

5. സർവ്വീസിലുള്ള : ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വകുപ്പ് മേധാവിയിൽനിന്നോ ആഫീസ് മേധാവിയിൽനിന്നോ ലഭിച്ച നോ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ഒബ്ജക്ഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്/രശീതി, സർവ്വീസ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്.

6. പേര്, ജനനത്തീയതി, ഒപ്പ് : പേര്, ജനനത്തീയതി, ഒപ്പ് എന്നിവയിൽ വ്യത്യാസം വരുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ എന്നിവയിൽ വ്യത്യാസം ആയവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനവും പകർപ്പും.

7. കായികതാരങ്ങൾ : സ്പോർട്സ് കൗൺസിൽ സെക്രട്ടറി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പകർപ്പും.

8. മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും അർഹത : മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും അർഹതയു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പകർപ്പും.

answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be (Category No. 230/2005) arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from

re-checked only after the publication of Ranked List, if 19-5-2008. The Ranked List will be in force till the

prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) is remitted in

any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three

District Office, Alappuzha- 688 001 should reach this office within 30 days from the date on which this notification of Ranked List is officially released by the Commission. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Entries put in Column 4 are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose Communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Alappuzha within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The candidates who have secured 54 marks and above are included in the Main List of the Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.

The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List who are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificates as per G.O.(P) No. 46/2007/ SC/ST/DD dated 25-8-2007 shall produce the same along with the other documents mentioned above or as and when called for. Such candidates in the main list who fail to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of Community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition candidates. As regards such candidates in the Supplementary List of Other Backward Classes, their Register Numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fails to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate.

The place, date and time of interview will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked only after the publication of Ranked List if the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) is remitted in any one of the treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account '0051–PSC-105 State PSC– 99 Examination Fee'. Applications for rechecking of answer script should be submitted within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or download and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for rechecking. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Candidates whose register numbers are included or not included in the Short List and Ranked List can apply for rechecking of their answer scripts, within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List.

Valid applications for rechecking addressed to the District Officer, K. P. S. C. District Office, Alappuzha should reach this office within 30 days from the date on which this Ranked List is officially released by the Kerala Public Service Commission. Applications for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates included in the Short List are directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application, i.e., date of birth, community and other benefits, if any they are entitled, to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Malappuram-676 505 within 15 days from the date of publication of this notification. The candidates whose Register Numbers were included in the previous short list published on 10-6-2005 need not be produce documents. കുറിപ്പ്:—1. അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധന നടത്തിയിട്ടി ല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ തികച്ചും സോപാധികമായിട്ടാണ് ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കുന്നത്. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

പരീക്ഷയിൽ 36 (മുപ്പത്തിയാറ്) ഉം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തിയാണ് ഉപപട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

ജാതി-സമുദായം-സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പട്ടികജാതി/ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ തഹസിൽദാരിൽനിന്നും 22-3-2005-ന് ശേഷം ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും അതിന്റെ ര≠് പകർപ്പു കളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

അഭിമുഖത്തിനുള്ള തീയതി, സമയം, സ്ഥലം എന്നിവ പിന്നാലെ അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

The following is the Revised Short List containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provi- sionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of High School Assistant (English) on Rs. 4600- 7125 in the Education Department in Kannur District (Category No. 03/2003)on the basis of the Written Test held on 21-10-2004, in modification to the Short List No. 7/2005/KNR dated 31-5-2005.

This Short List is prepared by implementing the Judgement dated 13-7-2006 of the Division Bench of the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala in WP (C) No. 21300/200552 subject to the result of review petition filed by the Commission, but pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The Register Numbers are arranged in their sequence and the arrangement does not in any way indicate their respective Rank on the basis of the marks secured in the Written Test.
