Scaled tenders are invited for the supply of Fans and Tube Lights to Maharaja's College , Ernakulam during 2009-10 under GDC Fund
"Tender The tenders should be superscribed as No. XII/2009-10 for the supply of Fans and Tube Lights under CDC Fund" and addressed to the Principal , Maharaja's College , Ernakulam . Last date and time of receipt of tender is 30-11-2009 , 3 p.m. Late/ unsealed tenders will not be accepted on any account . The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 30-11-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Estimate Cost is Rs. 50,000 .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Maharaja's College , Ernakulam or in person from the office before 2 p.m. on working days, obtain the requisite tender form in which tenders should be submitted . താൽപ്പര്യമുളളവർ 169 രൂപ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് അടച്ചോ 250 രൂപ മണിയോർഡർ ആയോ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം പുറത്തുള്ള ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . കേരളത്തിന് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എഗ്രിമെൻറ് ഒപ്പുവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിനുള 50 രൂപ അധികമായി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ആയത് തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ا തരുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ രണ്ടാം പകർപ്പ് നേരിട്ട് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് 113 രൂപയും തപാലി ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് 149 രൂപയും അടക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .

1. സംസ്ഥാന സ്‌റോമർ പർച്ചേയ്‌സ് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്‌ററർ ചെയ്യാ ദർഘാസുകാർ வ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരത (ദ്രവ്യമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്തത സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ആകെ തുക എത്രയെന്ന് നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന പേജിൽ കാണിക്കേണ്ടതും ആ തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ് ക്കേണ്ട തുമാണ് .
2. നിരതദ്രവ്യം mu Lolio നിക്ഷേപ രസീത് ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ് എന്നിവയായി അടയ്ക്കാ വുന്നതാണ് . (ഡാഫ്ററ് എസ്.ബി.ററി , വടകര ശാഖയിൽ മാറാവുന്നതായിരിക്കണം .
3. സാമഗ്രികൾ കോളേജ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ട (സ്ഥാപിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കയാറിറക്ക് കടത്തുകൂലി എന്നിവ വിതരണക്കാർ വഹിക്കേണ്ട താണ് .
4. ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന തുക ബാധകമായ നികുതികളും ഉൾപ്പടെയാ യി രി ക്കണം . അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം നികുതി നിരക്ക് പ്രത്യേകമായി ഓരോ സാധനത്തിൻറെയും നേരെ வ മണ്ടതാണ് ,
