Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of S.S Food trollies (2 Nos . ) to the Collegiate Hospital, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura.
The tenders should be superscribed Tender for the supply of Food trollies ( 2 Nos. ) to the and addressed to The Collegiate Hospital Principal, Government Ayurveda College , Tripunithura.
P.A.C.-Rs. 50,000.
Cost of tender form (Non-refundable )- Original-Rs . 338 .
Duplicate-Rs . 169 .
Rs . 50 will be charged extra towards the postage if the tender form has to be sent by post .
Date and time for sale of tender form- 24-10-2009 to 25-11-2009 , 2 p.m.
Last date and time for receipt of tender- 30-11-2009, 2 p . m .

Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the form be sent per V.P.P.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില ( വാറ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ഒറിജിനൽ -രൂപ 338 , ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ്-രൂപ 169 , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും-24-10-2009 മുതൽ 25-11-2009 , 2 คลา വരെ .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 30-11-2009 , 2 മണി .

31-1-2010. നിരക്ക് (പ്രാബല്യത്തിലിരിക്കേണ്ട തീയതി- ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയ്ക്കുപുറമെ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ , പോസ്‌റേറജ് സ്ററാമ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഫോറം വി.പി.പി വഴി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ദർഘാസ് നീട്ടിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ ദർഘാസ് നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരി ക്കുന്നതാണ് . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ , കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും അറിയാ വുന്നതാണ് .
