SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. 12471 /B3/2009/Sty .

2nd November 2009 .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Calico as per the details below .

Tender No.-102/2009-10 .

Name of Item Cotton Calico (90 cm. width in roll of 20 meters ) ( IS: 1544/1973 ) ( Red, Green Blue and Yellow)

Quantity-7500 Meters

Cost of tender form :

Original-Rs . 450.

Duplicate-Rs . 338 .

Date and time of opening of tenders-4-12-2009 , 4 p . m .

Intending tenderers may on application to the Controller of Stationery, Kerala , Thiruvananthapuram- 695 033, to obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders are to be submitted.

The sake of tender forms willbe closed 24 hours before the time fixed for the opening of the tender. Cost of tender forms will be accepted either in cash (remittance in the Office) or by Money Order only and should be sent to the Controller of Stationery , Thiruvananthapuram -695 033 (Name of the Officer should not be mentioned) . Cheques , Postage Stamps and Demand Drafts will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The tender forms will not be sent by V. P. P. The cost of tender form is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender number and the name of the item for which the tender form is required should be clearly specified in the application /M.O . Coupon. The tender forms are not transferable . The last date and time fixed for receipt of tender is atat 3 p . m. on the date fixed for opening of tender . If date of opening of tender happens to be a holiday it will be opened at 4 p . m . on the next working day .

The covers containing thethe tenders shall be appropriately superscribed with the tender number and item and addressed to the Controller of Stationery , Thiruvananthapuram-695033. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at the time of opening of the tenders .

Every tenderer shall send along with his tender an agreement executed on a Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and furnish 1 % of the total cost of materials as Earnest Money Deposit . Earnest Money Deposit will be accepted in Cash/ Demand Draft / FDR taken in favour of the Controller of Stationery with due endorsement . ( except SSI Units within the state registered from the E. M. D/ Bid security vide G.O. (P) purchases against Form-D stands withdrawn of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956, Tender without EMD will be rejected outright . No bidder with the Store Purchase Department ) shall be exempted No. 448/2005 / Fin. dated 13-10-2005 . The facility of vide Government of India notification on 29th March , 201 2007 A specimen of the Preliminary Agreement Deed is appended to the tender form. Tenders received without the Agreement Deed, Earnest Money Deposit and Samples will be rejected outright . Further details, if any can be had from the Office of the undersigned during the office hours .

Other things being equal , preference will be given to the goods bearing ISI Certification Mark and in the absence of Certification Marks , products conforming to IS: Specification. Where uncertified goods are supplied by the seller with a claim of conformity to the relevant Indian Standards , it is his responsibility to produce a certificate of conformity from the Bureau of Indian Standards or any test house recognized by the BIS. Offers for articles with ISI mark shouldbe accompanied byaccompanied by a duly attested copy of the latest valid license issued by BIS for manufacture of the articles with ISI mark .

ദർഘാസ് ചെയ്ത കവറിൻറ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഇനവും വ്യക്തമായി എഴുതി സ്റേറഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -695 033 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതിനായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുളള തീയതിയിൽ 3 മണിവരെ ۵۰۰ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അതേ ദീവസം 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർലാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ സ്‌റേറഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും തുറക്കുന്നതിൻറ തലേദിവസം 4 മണി വരെ ലഭ്യമാണ് . താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിനുവേണ്ടി സ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില നേരിട്ടോ മണി ഓർഡറായോ (സ്റേറഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ മാത്രം) അടച്ചാൽ മതിയാകും . ഡിമാൻറ് ( ഡാഫ്ററ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . നമ്പർ മർഘാസ് انهالهاله സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ ആയി അ യച്ചു കെ 0 ടു ക്കുന്ന ത ല്ല . അപേക്ഷയിൽ വ്യക്‌തമായി സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കണം . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായ ദർഘാസ് ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിൻറെ വില കൂടി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതെങ്കിലുഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം ആഫീസ് അവധിയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന സമയത്തിനും സഥലത്തിനും മാറ്റം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരള സർക്കാർ സ്റേറാർ പർച്ചേസ് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്‌തതും കേരളത്തിനകത്തുള്ളതുമായ SSI യൂണിററുകൾ ഒഴികെ ടെണ്ടറിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും നിരതദ്രവ്യം നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .
