The tenders should be superscribed as Tender and No. P1 / 2972 /2009/GEG due 3-12-2009on addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 3 p.m. on 3-12-2009 . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 4-12-2009, 11 a , m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representative who may be present at that time .
Approximate Cost is Rs . 36,000.
Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by remittance of Rs . 339 which is thethe priceprice fixed for the same and which is non- refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender foruns will be closed at 3-12-2009 , 2p.m. Cheque , Stamps , Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the form nor will forms be sent by V.P.P.
