TENDER NOTICE
No. A1-1479/09/IMCH. 14th October 2009.
Sealed tenders in the prescribed forms are invited for the Repair and Re-painting work of following Hospitals articles to various wards of Institute of Maternal and Child Health Kozhikode. The repainting will be conducted after the removal of existing old paints.
Tender Number—A1-1479/09/IMCH.
Cost of tender form—Rs. 563 including Tax.
Last date and time of sale of tender form—
9-12-2009 at 3 p. m.
Last date and time of receipt of tender form—
10-12-2009 at 5 p. m.
Date and time of opening of tender—11-12-2009 at 11 a. m.
Necessary agreement of guarantee for one year in Sl. 58 KERALA GAZETTE [PART IIITender will be opened on 11-12-2009 at 11 a. m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized persons who may be present at the time of opening. Late tenders will not be accepted.
Indenting tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, Institute of Maternal and Child Health, Kozhikode-8 will obtain the requisite tender form in which the tenders will be submitted.
Application for tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance noted above for a set of tender forms which will not be refunded under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Cheque, Postage Stamps, Drafts etc, will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Forms will not be sent by VPP. Tenders without sufficient EMD will not be accepted. The firm which offers the lowest rate will be selected. The quality of the paint will be strictly observed. Only oil paint will be used for repainting. The sample of the paint will be submitted before the technical committee.
All the repair and repaint works should be completed in one month on entrust of job, beyond this any loss or difficulty sustained to this institution on behalf of this will be the responsibility of the tenderer itself.
The list of articles for repair and repaint is attached with tender form. Acceptance, rejection or extension of tender is fully vested with the reponsibility of the Superintendent, IMCH, Kozhikode.
1. The Hospital authorities are reserved the right to change the samples produced by the tenderer.
2. The tenderers are liable to remove the remaining the samples items at their own cost, on directing by the Hospital authorities.
കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് മാതൃശിശു സംരക്ഷണ കേന്ദ്രത്തിലെ വിവിധ വാർഡുകളിലെ 273 കട്ടിലുകൾ റിപ്പയർ ചെയ്ത് പഴയ പെയിന്റിംഗ് ചുര≠ിക്കളഞ്ഞ് പുതിയ പെയിന്റടിക്കുന്നതിനും വാർഡുകളിലെ 634 കട്ടിലുകൾ, 18 ട്രോളികൾ, 3 വീൽ ചെയറുകൾ, 3 എക്സാമിനേഷൻ ടേബിൾ, 67 ബഡ്സൈഡ് ലോക്കർ, 114 ഡ്രിപ്പ് സ്റ്റാന്റ,് 22 ഓക്സിജൻ സ്റ്റാന്റ ് എന്നിവ നിലവിലെ പഴയ പെയിന്റ ് നീക്കം ചെയ്ത് തുരുമ്പ് നീക്കി പുതിയ പെയിന്റടിക്കുന്നതിന് സീൽവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. പെയിന്റിംഗിന് മുമ്പ് റെഡ്ഓക്സൈഡ് (മെറ്റൽ പ്രൈമർ) അടിച്ച് ഓയിൽ പെയിന്റ ് ചെയ്യേ≠താണ.്

ടെ≠റിൽ പറഞ്ഞ റിപ്പയർ, പെയിന്റിംഗ് പ്രവർത്തികൾക്ക് ഒരു വർഷത്തെയെങ്കിലും ഗ്യാര≠ി ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം. ടെ≠റിൽ പറഞ്ഞവ കേടുവന്നാൽ കരാറുകാരൻ ഗ്യാര≠ി കാലയളവിൽ നന്നാക്കിത്തരുവാൻ ബാദ്ധ്യസ്ഥനാണ്. ദർഘാസ് അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ടെ≠ർ നമ്പരും തീയതിയും തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും എഴുതേ≠തും സൂപ്ര≠്, മാതൃശിശുസംരക്ഷണ കേന്ദ്രം, മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് പി.ഒ., കോഴിക്കോട്-8 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചിരിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുമ്പോൾ ദർഘാസുകാരനോ ദർഘാസുകാരൻ അധികാരപ്പെ ടുത്തിയ വ്യ‡ിക്കോ ഹാജരാകാവുന്നതാണ്. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്നതോ, ന്യൂനതകളുള്ളതോ ആയ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 1% തുക ഇ.എം.ഡി ഏതെങ്കിലും, ബാങ്കിൽ നിന്നും മാറാവുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള ഡി. ഡി. ആയും സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിലുള്ള പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി കൂടി ടെ≠റിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ചെക്കുകൾ, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകൾ എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസ് പ്രവർത്തി സമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് അന്വേഷിച്ചറിയാവുന്നതാണ്. റിപ്പയർ ചെയ്യേ≠തും പെയിന്റടിക്കേ≠തുമായ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്കിലുള്ള ടെ≠റുകൾ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു.
ദർഘാസുകാരൻ ജോലി ഏറ്റെടുത്തതിനുശേഷം ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം തൃപ്തികരമായി ചെയ്തു തീർക്കേ≠തും അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ഉ≠ാകുന്ന കഷ്ടനഷ്ടങ്ങൾക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരൻ ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ വേ≠െന്നു വയ്ക്കാനോ നീട്ടിവെക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം സൂപ്ര≠ിനു≠്. ടെ≠ർ തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടി ടെ≠ർ അടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം അതേ സമയത്ത് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
1. ഏതൊരു ദർഘാസും കാരണംകാണിക്കാതെ പൊളിച്ചു കളയാനോ, സ്വീകരിക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം സൂപ്ര≠ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
2. ടെ≠റിൽ കാണിച്ച പെയിന്റ ിംഗ് സാധനങ്ങളുടെ സാമ്പിളുകൾ അധികാരികൾ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ കരാറുകാരൻ സ്വന്തം ചിലവിൽ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സാമ്പിളുകൾ തിരിച്ചു നൽകാൻ അധികാരികൾക്ക് ബാദ്ധ്യത ഉ≠ായിരിക്കില്ല. ഇങ്ങനെ ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന സാമ്പിളുകൾ ആവശ്യമായ പരിശോധനകൾക്കുശേഷം അവശേഷിക്കുന്നവ അധികാരികൾ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന പക്ഷം ദർഘാസുകാരൻ സ്വന്തം ചിലവിൽനീക്കം ചെയ്യാൻ ബാദ്ധ്യസ്ഥനാണ്.
