SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. B1-383/07/HSW. 7th November 2009.

Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the following work by the undersigned for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala.

Name of work—Special Repairs to the Departmental Vessel ML Jalanireekshak.

Estimated Amount—Rs. 8,13,508 (Rupees Eight Lakhs Thirteen thousand Five hundred and eight only).

Earnest Money Deposit—1% of the quoted rate.

Cost of tender form:

Original—Rs. 1,500 + VAT @ 12.5%. Duplicate—Rs. 750 + VAT @ 12.5%.

Duration of Work—60 days after received the Work Order.

The tenderer should have his own Yard, Generator and other facilities etc. for repairing. The tenderer must arrange the conveyance of the vessel to the yard.

Tenders should be superscribed the name of Work with Number and must be addressed to The Chief Hydrographer, Hydrographic Survey Wing, Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram-695 010, so as to reach on or before 1 p.m. on 11-12- 2009. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may present at that time.

The tenderer should submit required Earnest Money Deposit as per rule along with the tender in the form of a crossed D.D. in favour of The Chief Hydrographer, payable at Thiruvananthapuram. The tender offer shall be firm for a period of four months.

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned obtain the requisite tender form. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of the cost of the tender form (D.D./Cheques not acceptable). Sale of tender form will be closed at 12 p. m. on 11-12-2009. The tender forms are not transferable.

Desired tenderer for inspection of the vessel to be repaired, contact the Marine Surveyor, Hydrographic Survey Wing, Port Department, Beypore (Phone: 0495 2414069). The tenderers should enclose a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 and the required E.M.D. The tender without preliminary agreement and E.M.D. will be rejected out right. The final acceptance of the tender rests entirely with the Government, who reserves the right to reject or accept any or all tenders received without assigning any reason. All other conditions prevailing in Government Department are binding to this tender also.

കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫിക് സർവ്വേ വിഭാഗം ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫർ തിരുവനന്തപുരം അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആഫീസിൽ 2009 ഡിസംബർ മാസം 11-ാം തീയതി 1 മണിവരെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നി›ിത തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാ രുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് —എം. എൽ. ജലനിരീക്ഷക് എന്ന സർവ്വേ ബോട്ടിന്റെ സ്പെഷ്യൽ അറ്റകുറ്റപണികളും കേടുപാട് തീർക്കലും.

അടങ്കൽ തുക—രൂപ 8,13,508 (എട്ട് ലക്ഷത്തി പതിമൂന്നായിരത്തി അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി എട്ട് രൂപ).

നിരതദ്രവ്യം—ക്വാട്ടു ചെയ്ത തുകയുടെ 1%.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില :

അസ്സൽ—രൂപ 1,500 + മൂ.വ.നി. @ 12.5%.

പകർപ്പ്—രൂപ 750 + മൂ.വ.നി. @ 12.5%.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കം പണമായി അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അടച്ചിരിക്കണം.

പ്രവൃത്തി തീർക്കേ≠ കാലാവധി—പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ ഉത്തരവ് കിട്ടി കഴിഞ്ഞ് 60 ദിവസം.

കരാറുകാരന് സ്വന്തമായി യാർഡും ജനറേറ്ററും അറ്റകുറ്റ പണികൾക്കുള്ള മറ്റു സൗകര്യങ്ങളും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ കരാറുകാരൻ സ്വന്തം ചിലവിൽ ബോട്ട് യാർഡിലേക്ക് കൊ≠ുപോകേ≠താണ്.

അറ്റകുറ്റപ്പണികൾ നടത്തേ≠ എം. വി. സങ്ക് എന്ന ബോട്ട് പരിശോധിക്കുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള കരാറുകാർ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് മറൈൻ സർവ്വേയർ, ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫിക് സർവ്വേ വിഭാഗം, ബേപ്പൂർ, കോഴിക്കോട്-15 (ഫോൺ : 0495 2414069) എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെടുക. ദർഘാസി നോടൊപ്പം ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫറുടെ പേർക്കുള്ളതും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് മാറാവുന്നതുമായി ക്വാട്ടു ചെയ്ത തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോ ടൊപ്പം നിരതദ്രവ്യമായും 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിലുള്ള പ്രാഥമിക കരാറും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്ര വ്യവും കരാറും ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നാലു മാസത്തേക്ക് ടെ≠ർ ഓഫർ സ്ഥിരമായിരി ക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളും മറ്റു വിവരങ്ങളും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് ശാസ്തമംഗലത്തുള്ള ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫറുടെ ആഫീസിൽ ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതും 2009 ഡിസംബർ മാസം 11-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിവരെയുള്ള എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസ ങ്ങളിലും ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കം പണമായി അടച്ച് (മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല) രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കു ന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറാവുന്നതല്ല. (ഡി.ഡി./ ചെക്ക് സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല). ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യ മുള്ളവർ സ്വന്തം വിലാസം എഴുതിയതും 25 രൂപ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ചതുമായ കവർ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസിന്റെ അംഗീകാരം സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമായിരിക്കുന്നതും ഏതു ദർഘാസും അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന തിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനോ പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ഉള്ളതുമായിരിക്കും. ഈ വകുപ്പിൽ നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്.

The Superintending Engineer, Harbour Engineering Central Circle, Ernakulam for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala invite competitive tenders in sealed covers for the following Work from Registered Contractors/Firms of State PWD, Irrigation Department, Central Public Works Department and Port Trust through Registered Post or Speed Post. The tenders submitted through any courier service will not be considered.

The tender forms can be had from the Office of the undersigned on all working days from 3-12-2009 to 8-12-2009 upto 1 p. m. on application in writing, proving the eligibility and on payment of cost and VAT. Tenders for the work shall be submitted in sealed cover with superscription of the name of work on or before 3 p. m.

on 15-12-2009 to the Superintending Engineer, Harbour Engineering Central Circle, Ernakulam-18. Tenders received after 3 p. m. on 15-12-2009 due to postal delay or on any other reasons will not be considered. Department will not be responsible for any such delays. If the last date of receipt of tender happens to be a holiday, tender will be accepted upto 3 p. m. on the next working day. Preliminary agreement signed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 and document for required EMD pledged in favour of the Superintending Engineer, Harbour Engineering Central Circle, Ernakulam-18 are also to be submitted along with the tender. The tender submitted without preliminary agreement and required EMD will be rejected outright. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the last date of receipt of tender in the presence of tenderers/authorized agents present at the time. The firm period of the tender shall be 4 months from the date of opening of the tender. All the conditions in the Kerala PWD and all other conditions prevailing for consideration of tenders will be applicable to this tender also. Govt. Order (Rt.) No. 255/2004/F&PD dated 29-6-2004 and allied orders will be applicable for these tenders. The undersigned reserves the right to reject the application for issuance of tender forms and also the submitted tender of any tenderer without assigning any reason. While evaluating tenders, regard would be paid to national defence and security consideration.

മായിരിക്കും. സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് (ആർ. റ്റി.) 255/2004/ എഫ്.ആന്റ ്പി.ഡി. നമ്പരിലെ 29-6-2004-ലെ ഉത്തരവും അനുബന്ധ ഉത്തരവുകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധക മായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷയോ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളോ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ തന്നെ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നയാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധനയിൽ ദേശീയ സുരക്ഷയ്ക്കും പ്രതിരോധത്തിനും പ്രത്യേക പരിഗണന നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

മേൽ പ്രസ്താവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവർത്തിയെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾക്ക് ഓഫീസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെടാവുന്നതാണ്.
