ഫൗളോറിംഗ് സിമൻറ് കോൺക്രീററ്
പ്രവൃത്തി തീർക്കേണ്ട കാലാവധി 18 മാസം , The filled up and signed P. Q. bids along with all required Pro forma and questionnaires and certificates (in triplicate) with E. M. D. for Rs.50,000 pledged in favour of undersigned with executed preliminary agreement in stamp paper for Rs . 50 in one sealed cover (P. Q. bid cover) and Tender Schedule ( price bid) in another cover superscribing the name of work and the Pre- qualification bids as in the case may be sent by registered post so as to reach the office of under- signed before 4 p . m . on 22-12-2009 . The department will not be responsible for any delay loss in delivering by post ( Courier Service will not be accepted) . The tender documents willbe issued only to the registered contractor's of PWD and are not transferable . If the date of receiving tender happened to be a public holiday the tender willbe received very next working day in the specified time., or

1. കഴിഞ്ഞ 5 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷങ്ങളിൽ വാർഷിക ഇടപാട് തുക 162 ലക്ഷം രൂപയിൽ കുറയാത്ത സമാനമായ സർക്കാർ പ്രവൃത്തികൾ ചെയ്തിരി ക്കണം ആയതിൻറെ ലഭ്യമായമായ ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ വർഷത്തിലെ ബാലൻസ് ഷീററ് ( ദേൺ ഓവർ കണക്ക് ) ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്തതിരിക്കണം .
The P. Q. bids will be opened on 22-12-2009 at 4.30 p . m. and will be submitted to the Chief Engineer's Committee for scrutiny and finalization ofPre- qualification panels . The cover containing Tender Schedule ( price bid) will be opened only after the finalization of P.Q. bids by Chief Engineer's Committee and only these of the bidders who have become pre- qualified for the particular work.
2 . അപേക്ഷകർ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ എസ്റിമേറ അടങ്കൽ തുക 108 ലക്ഷം രൂപയെങ്കിലും ഒറാ കരാറിൽ തൃപ്‌തികരമായി 3 വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഏറെറടുത്ത് പൂർത്തീകരി ച്ചിരിക്കണം ,
to The date and time of opening of price bid will be intimated the P. Q. Contractors /firms concerned in time . The tenders of those who have not become qualified will not be considered on any account .
3. എസ്റിമേറ് തുകയുടെ 10 % ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള സാമ്പത്തികശേഷി ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . ഇതിനായി ഈ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേരിൽ ബാങ്ക് തരുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം .
4. താഴെ പറയുന്ന മെഷിനറികൾ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . സ്വന്തമായി The tenders of the Contractors /firms without required E. M. ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ പൊതു മരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ അംഗീകത കരാറുകാർക്കുമാത്രം ലഭിക്കു ന്നതു. അവ കൈകമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതു മാകുന്നു . മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനുള്ള ദർഘാസി നോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഴുതി ഒപ്പിട്ട പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിയും 50,000 രൂപയുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം തൃശ്ശൂർ സെൻട്രൽ സർക്കിൾ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ പേരിൽ നിക്ഷേപിച്ചതോ പണയപ്പെടുത്തിയതോ ആയിരിക്കണം . മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്ത നിർണ്ണയത്തിനുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ മാത്രം ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് നിശ്ചയിച്ച അവസാന 4.30 -ന് തുറക്കുന്ന തും വകുപ്പ് عماله വൈകിട്ട് പാതു മരാമത്ത് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കകമ്മിററിയുടെ പരിഗണനയ്ക്കും "അംഗീകാരത്തിനും * แวม ดารา അയയ്ക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനിയർ മുൻഗണന നിശ്ചയിച്ച് അംഗീകരിച്ച കരാറുകാരുടെയും സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെയും പ്രവൃത്തിക്കുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ മാത്രമേ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുകയുള്ളു . ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ യോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാത്ത കരാറുകാരുടെ ( കത്തിക്കുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കാതെ തന്നെ നിരസിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
യോഗ്യത നിർണ്ണയിച്ച കരാറുകാരുടെ/സ്‌ഥാപന ങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിക്കുള ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന സമയവും തീയതിയും മുൻകൂട്ടി അറിയിക്കുന്ന താ യി രിക്കും . യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുവാനുള്ള അവകാശം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഓഫീസർക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും . പൊതുമരാമത്ത വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
