Tenders will be opened at 4.30 p.m. on the date of specified by the undersigned or other authorised officers . The electrical works will be supervised , measured, check measured and will passed by the Electrical Wing of PWD . Tenders should be submitted so as to reach the undersigned on or before date and time prescribed for each work as mentioned below by Registered Post /Speed Post/Courier.
Sealed tenders should be sentby Post/Courier only so as to reach the same within the prescribed date and time itself .

The tender documents will be issued only to the registered contractors of PWD and are not transferable . The electrical work of the above building shall be done simultaneously with approved licensces ofElectrical Inspectorate underunder the supervision of Electrical Engineering wing of PWD. Ifthe last date of receipt of the tender is to be declared as holiday , tenders will be received on the next working day according to the schedule fixed . Preliminary Agreement should be enclosed duly filled and signed by the tenderers in Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. Tenders not complying with the above conditions will not be accepted . All the rules in PWD regarding the tenders are applicable to this tender also. Department is not responsible for any postal delay in receiving tenders .
