Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Micropipettes and Micro tips for the use of Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals , Palode , Pacha P.O. , Thiruvanantha- Puram.
and The tender should be superscribed " Tender No. IX/2009-10 Supply of Micropipettes Micro tips and should be addressed to the Director , Institute ofof Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals, Palode , Pacha P.O. , Thiruvanantha- puram , Kerala , Pin-695 562. Last date for the receipt of the tender is 7-12-2009 at 11 a. m . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on 7-12-2009 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives present at that time of opening of tenders.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Director , Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals , Palode , PachaPacha P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram, Biologicals, Palode, Pin-695 562 for obtaining the prescribed tender form on which the tender should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 (Rupees four hundred only) and VAT 12.5 % which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable .
The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 3 p . m . on 5-12-2009. Those who have wish to get the tender formby post may sent Rs . 500 ( Rupees Five hundred only) by Moncy Order which includes cost, taxes , Postal postal charges etc., Cheques , Postal Stamps, Demand Drafts etc. will accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The forms will not be send as per V.P.P. Duplicate forms if required will be issued at Rs . 200 (Rupees two hundred only) and VAT 12.5% extra per copy. notbe
