TENDER NOTICE
No. A2-417/2009-10.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Laboratory equipments and Science materials for Rs . 2,00,000 (Two lakhs only) for the Laboratorics of BJM Government College , Chavara, during the year 2009-10 under the Head of Account 2002-03-800-97 Development of Lab /Lib (Plan) 2009-10.
The tender forms and the list of materials can be had from the college office on payment of Rs. 700 for original and Rs . 400 for duplicate . 12,5% VAT amount also may be remitted additionally . Those who desire to get tender forms by registered post should forward a self addressed envelop 30x15 cm. in size and stamped for Rs . 52 along with the request and cost of tender forms by Money Order. No other mode of payment is acceptable. The cost of tender form is not refundable in any circumstances and the tender forms are transferable . The tender forms will be supplied only upto 2 p . m . on 8-12-2009. not All the tenders should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 ( vide Page No. 6 of the tender form) . The Earnest Money Deposit is required Rs.1% of the total cost of materialsterials quoted inin the tenders and should be remitted by Demand Draft or fixed deposit receipt subject to minimun Rs . 50 . Firms excempted from EMD should produce relevant records from the competent authority.
The cover containing tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Science materials-Plan 2009-10 " and should be addressed to "The Principal, BJM Government incipal , BJM College, Chavara, Kollam , Kerala , Pin-691Pin- 6 583" . The last date and time for the receipt of tender is at 2 p . m . on 10-12-2009 and will be opened at 3 p . m. on the same date in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives. Late tenders will not be accepted. The Principal reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning the reason thereof.
Further details , if any can be had from the college office from 10 a . m. to 5 p.m. on all working days.
ചവറ ബി , ജെ . എം . ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിലെ ലബോറട്ടറി സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനായി 2009-10 പദ്ധതി വിഹിതത്തിൽനിന്നും 2,00,000 ( രണ്ട് ലക്ഷം) രൂപയുടെ പ്രകാരമുളള സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുളളവരിൽനിന്നും സ്വഭാവമുള ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ വാങ്ങുവാനുദേശിക്കുന്ന TU I m 6013 @ { a s ലിസ്റും ഭർഘാസ് ഫോറവും കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 700 രൂപ വിലയ്ക്ക" ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ ' കോപ്പി വേണ്ടവർ അധികം 400 രൂപ കൂടി നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്" .ഞണ്" . ഫോയിൻ വിലയുടെ 12.5 % വാററും അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ലിസ്റ്റ്റ്യം ദർഘാസ ഫോറവും തപാൽ വഴി വാങ്ങുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയി ദർഘാസം ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയും നികുതിയും അടയ്ക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം സ്വന്തം വിലാസമെഴുതിയ 52 രൂപയ്ക്കുള്ള തപാൽ സ്‌ററാമ്പ് പതിച്ച 30x15 cm വലിപ്പമുള്ള കവർ കൂടി അയക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ്" . എം . ഒ . ആയിട്ടല്ലാതെ ഈ തുക സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും അത് മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറുവാൻ പാടില്ല . 8-12-2009 , 2 മണിവരെ മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുകയുളളൂ.
ദർഘാസ് എല്ലാ ദർഘാസനോടുമൊപ്പം ത്തിൻറെ 6-ാം പുറത്ത് പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരമുളള ഒരു സമ്മതപത്രം 50 രൂപ വിലയുള5 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഴുതി ഒപ്പിട്ടുനൽകേണ്ടതാണ്. എത്ര രൂപയുടെ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നുവോ തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി കെട്ടിവയക്കേണ്ട താണ് . ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരതദ്രവ്യം 50 لمرم ആയിരിക്കും . നിരതദ്രവ്യം കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കപ്പെട്ടവർ അതിനാവശ്യമായ സാക്ഷ്യപത്രങ്ങൾ ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് അടങ്ങിയ കവറുകൾ അടച്ച് മുദ്രവച്ച് "Tender for the supply of Science Materials 2009-10 " എന്ന് മുകളിൽ എഴുതി 10-12-2009 , 2 ดา മുമ്പായി ഓഫീസിൽ കിട്ടത്തക്കവണ്ണം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ബി , ജെ. എം . ഗവൺമെൻറ " കോളേജ് , ചവറ , കൊല്ലം , പിൻ -691 583 , എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ട താണ് . അത് അന്ന ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിന'ധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതും അനന്തര നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും . താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഏതൊരു ദർഘാസും പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് കാരണം കൂടാതെ നിരസിക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് .
