Fire and Rescue Services Department SHORT RE- TENDER NOTICE
4th November 2009 .
No. FI -9094/2009-10.
Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of 2 Numbers of Excavator to Fire and Rescuse Services Department . Details of items can be had along with the tender forms . The tenders arc to reach the undersigned before 5p.m. on 15-12-2009 .
The tender should be superscribed as Tender No. 36/2009 and addressed to the Commandant General , Home Guards , Civil Defence and Fire & Rescue Services Headquarters , Housing Board Junction , Thiruvananthapuram- 695 001. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened 11.00الـ a.m. on 16-12-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Commandant General obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender forms shouldbe accompa- nied by a cash remittance/Money Order of Rs . 7,200 + 12.5 % VAT ( round to next Rupee) per copy which is the price fixed by Government and is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are net transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 14-12-2009 . Neither Cheques , Bank Drafts Postal Orders , Postage Stamps etc. will , be accepted towards the cost of tender forms , nor will be tender forms be sent per value payable post . Duplicate tender forms if required will be supplied @of Rs . 3,600+12.5 % VAT per copy . The tenderers are to read the General Conditions given in the tender forms carefully before the forms are filled up .
Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to firms outside State, if required by a separate cash remittance of Rs . 70 Money Order .
കേരള ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് 2 എക്‌സ്‌കറററർ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന തിലേക്കായി താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 36 / 2009 -ാം നമ്പരായി ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു. മേൽപ്പടി ദർഘാസിൻറെ വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ രൂപ 7,200 + 12.5 % മൂല്യാധിഷ്ഠിത നികുതിയും ഈ ആഫീസിൽ ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് " . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില രൂപ 3,600 + 12.5% മൂല്യാധിഷ്ഠിത നികുതിയും ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻെറ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ മാറത്തിൻ്റെ വിൽപ്പന 14-12-2009, 3 മണിക്ക അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ 15-12-2009 , 5 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി ഈ ആഫീസിൽ ยางลด ണ്ടതാണ് . പ്രസ് തുത തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു ക്കുന്നതല്ല . 16-12-2009 , കാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണി 11 മണിക്ക ദർഘാസ പ്രതിനിധി ദർഘാസുകൾ കളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽവച്ച് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല ..
