Competitivetenders in sealed Cover super- scribing "Tender No. 4/ 2009-10, Supply of four Numbers Hydraulic Mobile Crane" are invited for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala by the undersigned from reputed firms , so as to reach the undersigned on or before 1 p.m. on 15-12-2009 . Tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of those tenderers who are present at that time .
Tender No.-4/2009-10.
The tender forms and other particulars can be had from the Office of the Director of Ports , Directorate of Ports , New Corporation Building , 5th Floor , LMS Jn. , Palayam , Thiruvanantha- puram-33 during office hours from 10-11-2009 to 15-12-2009 on application in writing and on payment of the value of the documents (non- refundable) either in cash or money order . Tender forms will not be send by V. P. P. Registered Post. Cheque will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The EMD should be submitted by Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Director of Ports " , payableat Thiruvananthapuram . For sending the tender by ordinary post , the postage charge @ Rs . 50 will be charged extra .
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all of the tonders received without assigning any reason thereof.
Details of supply-Supplying and commissioning of Four Numbers Truck mounted, Diesel engine driven hydraulic mobile crane with telescopic boom for one each at Azhikkal , Beypore, Kollam and Vizhinjam ports . Crane should be capable of 360 degree continuous slewing having a lifting capacity 5 Ton at 10 M working radius . The boom of the crane should be extendable to work at a radius of 16- meter minimum . ( The safe load that can be lifted at 16 - meter radius should be mentioned in the offer) .

സപ്ലൈയുടെ വിവരണം 10 മീറാൻ റേഡിയസിൽ 5 ടൺ ഭാരം ഉയർത്താൻ ശേഷിയുള്ള ടെലിസ്കോപിക 16 ใก ล റേഡിയസിൽ ഉയർത്താൻ കഴിയുന്നതുമായ ഹൈഡ്രോളിക് (ട്രക്ക മൊബൈൽ ക്രെയിൻ (ഈ " ക്രെയിൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് 16 മീററർ വർക്കിംഗ് റേഡിയസിൽ ഉയർത്താവുന്ന ഭാരം ടെണ്ടറിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. ക്രയിനുകൾ ഓരോന്നു വീതം അഴിക്കൽ , ബേപ്പൂർ വിഴിഞ്ഞം എന്നീ തുറമുഖങ്ങളിലാണ് സരപ്ലെ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് .

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളും മറ്റു വിവരങ്ങളും തുറമുഖ ഡയറക്‌ടറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 10-11-2009 മുതൽ 15-12-2009 വരെയുള്ള പ്രവർത്തി സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിൻ്റെ വില രൊക്കം പണമായോ മണിയോർഡറായോ അടച്ച- അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിനുവേണ്ടി അടച്ച തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ കൈമാറാം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . നിരതദ്രവ്യം തുറമുഖ ഡയറക്ട‌ടറുടെ പേരിലുള്ള തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡാഫ്ററായി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട താണ് .
ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ രജിസ്റാർ ചെയ്തോ വി , പി . പി . ആയോ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ പാലിൽ ലഭിക്കാൻ തപാൽ കൂലിയായി 50 10 له അധികം നൽകേണ്ടതുണ്ട് . തുറമുഖ വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും
